Made an enquiry for automatic gates and left our details. But he just showed up unannounced a couple of days later. Have been waiting for the quote and rang in case of thr wrong email but Rob answered the phone call and said he could not get his head around a cooperi tree which was in the way. I explained that we had tied the tree away and would have appreciated aphone call to discuss the problem and he hung up! Great way to do business, customer service is seriousley lacking here.
Had rob make my gates and install them on my new house, colour bond with aluminium frames, sensational job, but what a nice person, from concept to finished job, great work
Have used Asset on previous job and was totally satisfied, so used them again for fences.colorbond and aluminium back fence.
