Recently had a jetter installed, great service from start to finish. Very neat and quality products at a fair price. Will definitely be using Assassin again in the future.

I initially took my machine to a well known competitor, front office salesman demonstrated little knowledge of the workings of my machine, said too busy, leave machine with them, $110 to look/diagnosis and for fix, parts and labour on top.
Called ASSASSIN Jetters, invited to drop in with machine for quick diagnosis (no charge) as more often than not these machines are a simple fix.
Well I did that and true to their word they diagnosed the problem on the spot, fitted and supplied a new part, tested and ensured the machine was working to specification all within 15 minute time window.
I was charged only for the part, nil labour and back in business.
What a wonderful team, highly recommended, customer service and in-depth technical knowledge, true 5 star performers.
Forget the rest!
Well worth the drive from anywhere in Sydney, you will not be disappointed.

Georgina, Bruce and the whole team at Assassin Jetters have been fantastic, right from the first phone call enquiring about their products, to present, we still keep in touch making sure our equipment is serviced, up to date and ready for work.
We bought our first jetter back in 2017, which was a small mobile unit that was fantastic for small, hard to get to jobs. When the need to step up to our latest trailer mount unit, Assassin Jetters were our first and only port of call.
Georgina and Bruce listened to all of our requirements and made sure we were getting exactly what we needed for the type of work we were doing, also taking into consideration the corrosive environment we work in and making sure our hose reels were all stainless steel so they will last for a long time.
I wouldn't go anywhere else for my water jetting and CCTV requirements, the knowledge, experience, friendly service and advice is second to none.

Two bad experiences: All smiles when selling me a $2k machine. Broke down after 13 months. They wouldn't shift on the 12 month warranty status; cost me another $750+ to fix. 2nd time, a part just shattered after three uses after they repaired it costing me two hire cycles to finish the work during the holiday period. Again, they spent more energy citing what they couldn't do for me and their precious policy rather than listening to the consequences of that event. Don't expect thoughtful customer service.

Very bad experience with Bruce won't buy anything from here again and I advise turn away from buying from here. I bought couple things one of the items was a recoil and he charged me $85 where he gave me the wrong part aswel when I came to return it he kept telling me it was the right part and very rude about it and I told him i have already bought the right part over the weekend he told me bad luck like he cant do anything about it after him checking the part he tried it on the machine and realised it was the wrong part so he eventually had to refund me but he was very rude about it and couldnt even apologise and was advised they normally charge a 15% restocking fee on refunds. Refund was not on the spot they told me they had to transfer online and would received it 5 days latter.end up buying the part for not even the quarter of the price he charged me. Very bad experience and his prices are very expensive please look around and not trust worthy at all. Beware!
