Had an unexpected puncture this morning, and dropped in without notice before they opened. Tyre fixed and I was on my way in 10 minutes. Absolute life-saver. Pierre was very pleasant to deal with, again, not many places would drop what they're doing simply to get someone back on the road. I'll be using these guys again.

So, my tyres are getting worn down right and i went for a pink slip yeah. First thing they said, maybe the lead mechanic tells me ' would you like me change your tyres? '. Mmmmm NO.why? For a PINK slip, its fine TODAY.of course you wanna change me super high prices for some cheap arse tyres i dont even know of.come on. Today is the pink slip and the wheels are ok. I do my research on tyres, He said, said, 'we do it for you this time'. 'to pass the PINK SLIP. '. I have a Lexus.hahhah. Wait. 15mins later he tells me. The tyres are fine, you should get 3-4 months.aahhh? , what a rip off guy.then said to me, 'hey, if anyone says anything, you got your wheels from a friend.ahhhhhh? What for the F&*k for, i dont have nothing to hide, the tyres are ok NOW IN TIME FOR PINK SLIP.you see where im going with this. Dishonest people. STAY AWAY

Stay away! Did a safety check here, they make up problems and make you pay otherwise they won’t give you back your keys

I had my tyre punctured and went flat late Friday afternoon in the rain, and I popped into ASR motors at 6pm. My tyre was fixed within 15 minutes! Saved my whole weekend:) Thank you!

After the mechanic did a pre inspection i fixed the problems and came back a few weeks later they made up more problems that they "had to fix" that were not given in original report just to increase the price and gave no receipt so i couldn't prove what they had done. Would not recommend going here even if you are desperate.

People say DON'T trust mechanics, these people are the reason why!

Should have went to my normal mechanic but I was in a hurry!

I should have trusted other reviews, the only way these can survive is to rip people off!

The guy pretended that my light bulb needed to be replaced when it was only loose! Then asked me "what you don't trust me? " Seems like alot of people don't!

Judge the mechanic by how clean their workshop is because it shows how they will treat your car and you as a customer!

BE AWARE OF THIS WORKSHOP ITS A RIP OFF!
I TOOK MY CAR THERE TO FIX MY MASTER CYLINDER CLUTCH BEEN TOLD ITS GOING TO COST $450 AND FEW WORKING DAYS TO BE COMPLETED.
END OF THE DAY ITS COST $850 AND TOOK TWO WEEKS TO FIX.
WHEN I ASKED HIM WHY IS IT SO MUCH HE SAID `` ITS A VERY HARD JOB AND HARD ACCES TO PULL PARTS OUT AND TAKES THAT LONG``.

MY ADVISE IS THAT DONT GO THERE. HE IS LIAR AND A SCAM!

Terrible, told me it was gonna cost 49 all up for the pink slip, tapped my card and saw a reciept for 95 and then he made up some lie about work he had to do. Steer clear!

TERRIBLE AND DISHONEST.demanded I pay for steam clean to get my pink slip. There was nothing wrong with the car. CROOK

Rip off mechanic I’ve asked them to give a pink slip for my car, after when it was done he said to me it’s $110 so I asked him why he said because we washed under your engine because he said there was engine oil down there, I’ve never asked them to do it. So they are very dishonest tradesman. I’ve also referred them to Fairtrade NSW for dodgy practices. Stay away from this muppets.

In case no other way you don't pay whatever he said he has done. Ask him to show exactly what he has changed and give you your parts back. Better ask him to show before he take anything off your vehicle.

I paid this mechanic to do a pre-purchase check on a car - $75 he said its fine just needs a wheel alignment but no it turns out the whole rear axle beam is munted - a hugely expensive repair - the mechanic i went to told me "this was obvious" - this was a devastating thing for me - i would never have purchased that car had i known and i cannot afford the repair - $75 for nothing

DANGEROUS for your health and your pocket! STAY AWAY he does NOT deserve a cent from your hard work. If it was a zero star here I could give it without a doubt! Inspect your car elsewhere before he lies on you that every part in it is soo old and must be replaced but he will sell it - what an easy life! WATCH OUT FOR A RECEIPT he doesn't like providing any specially for "services" over 1,000$ - guess why?

I took my car for pink slip and they found some excess oil build up at the bottom near the sump plug, so little that it wasn't even dripping.

Fair enough their was what might be a very slight oil leek but they wanted to charge me $60 to tightened a bolt and do an engine steam clean. Why they needed to do an engine steam clean is beyond me.

When I asked what the work involved to understand the costs, the owner got defensive.

I paid for the inspection and went elsewhere even though it means paying for another inspection. It's the principle, these unprofessional operators can't just make up costs on the fly.

I figure this place makes a lot of money by charging for "extras" when conducting pink slips.

Also the workshop is a mess, that should be a reflection of the service on offer.

Took our car here for multiple services only to find out from another mechanic after finally switching that to quote them ‘looked like nothing had been ever done. ’

This guy is dodgy, don’t give them your business!

Thousands of dollars down the drain. Would give zero stars if it was an option.

As other people said, I fell to the trap they put me in with pink slip. Have to purchase several auto parts with bad quality.

Gave me a cheap quote and called me half way through the job to tell me it's going to cost almost twice as much.
And did not put enough oil, won't be back.

Very good mechanic made me feel valued as a customer his prices where very affordable and had good work done.
