Mason was prompt when I rang him to give us a quote. He discussed the issues we had, took photographs and explained clearly what had to be done. When here on site, he was careful and again took photos of what he had done. He cleaned up after he finished and was so honest with us to the point that he felt we had products that worked and felt his were inferior and did not change them but cleaned them up. He could have just changed them and charge us for it but did not. He cares about his work.
Mason is honest, hard working and reliable and I would not hesitate to call him back for any other issues. In fact, I have already given his name to others.

We had a blocked sewer on a brand new house the builder sent 1 plumber out on a Sunday the guy was here for 2 hours charged the builder in excess of $1000.
But still couldn’t unblock the sewage pipe cause he said there was concrete in the pipes.
We waited for the builder to get someone and after 3 days we got sick of waiting and decided to call a local plumber.
This young plumber named Mason was amazing told us he could fix the problem was there when he said he would be there.
Amazingly he fixed the problem in under 20 minutes.
All I can say is if you truly want a good plumber call Mason don’t even think about it just do it.regards

then promptly carried out the work, finished off by verifying job with leak tests at end.
