Excellent location (close to all amenities), contemporary well-kept building and great building manager. Our building manager is always on top of any issues that arise and is super friendly. Couldn't ask for more. Oh, and plenty of great coffee options - all in walking distance.

Aspire Apartments is for lovers of inner Sydney. Living here is the gift that keeps on giving. It's peaceful despite being seconds from Elizabeth Street. Trains, buses, supermarkets are steps away, as are the magnificent War Memorial and the green haven of Hyde Park. I bought my apartment because of the location, the low levies and the smart design of the bldg (eg my bedroom has no common walls). My apartment looks on to a pocket park (pictured) which gives me environmental nourishment. The bldg manager is proactive and fosters a community spirit, which you can't put a price on.

We have been living in this building for two years and we cannot be happier with our choice. It is in the center and it doesn't seem like it because of the location.building very quiet and always clean. His building manager Mark is a very close person and always willing to clarify your doubts regarding any problem.

We currently lease our apartment at the Aspire but we lived there for three years. It is such a wonderfully managed and modern building with a real sense of community. The building is quite secluded but has everything on your doorstep, it’s like little oasis in the city.

My sincerest assessment of Aspire apartments is that it is an exceptionally well-managed building with gorgeous apartments, which my partner and I have had the pleasure of calling home for over two years. The atmosphere is one of tranquility, despite its convenient location in close proximity to the bustling city and the vibrant Oxford Street area. We have been fortunate to have the pleasure of sharing our residence with a community of respectful and pleasant neighbours.

I have been living here for 3 years now and I cannot recommend it enough! Everything is regularly maintained and clean, the location is fantastic; only a short walk to restaurants, world square, and IGA/coles (and cafés downstairs). The building is tucked inside an alleyway which helps with minimising the noise level that is usually experienced when staying in the city. I have had no issues at all and a big thank you to Mark and the owners corporation for your efforts on keeping the building pleasant for all occupants.

My partner and I have been living here for nearly four years. The apartment complex is very modern and the location is great. Moreover, our building manager Mark was very helpful with any issue we had within the last few years. He always responded immediately to any problem we had, thanks so much, Mark. It is really good to know that we can always rely on him.

Aspire Apartments has been an amazing place to live, it is convenient and quiet, with caring, thoughtful and responsible management — Mark, the building manager, answers to all questions promptly, ensures that the premises is safe and secure, and that all residents are looked after and treated with respect and consideration, keeping our little diverse community happy and harmonious.

A beautiful place and conviniently located on the heart of CBD. Mark is one of the best building manager I ever had. Not only friendly and responsible manager, he’s also quick to respond, always gives updated news for the building, and take action when needed.

The Aspire apartment building is situated in a convenient location in the city but shielded from the noise of the main roads. The condition of the common area is very well maintained, and in particular, the building manager, Mark, goes the extra mile to ensure all residents are kept posted on any work taking place in or around the building, and ensuring that the by-laws are being followed by all residents. This helps keep the building a safe and comfortable place to stay in. I've had many personal interactions with Mark over the years and he has always been super friendly, helpful and responsive.

Aspire Apartments are well operated and maintained. Mark, the building manager, is extremely approachable and helpful. There are regular improvements to the building and excellent communication regarding any apartment events.

As an resident of Aspire Apartments since 2016, I have found the building to be upkept and managed very efficiently. The strata levies on the building are low, but despite this, the building is clean and wonderfully well run. This is no small part due to Mark, the building manger. He is prompt, courteous and always goes above and beyond to ensure that Aspire’s small community are equipped with everything. He is always willing to field queries, to investigate and follow-up on issues, and does it with effortless neighbourliness and a smile. Mark takes pride in the building, and has fostered a unique sense of pride and community in its tenants and owners alike. I could not recommend highly enough living in our little but unbelievably diverse enclave in the city - truly a testament to a modern, vibrant Sydney lifestyle.

My partner and I both from different parts of the world, NZ and Indonesia, have been living in Sydney for the past 20years and Aspire for 9 months. During this time Mark has made us feel incredibly welcome and does his job with the utmost professionalism and friendly manner. I've been living in the apartment for the last four years. The location of the apartment is very nice and strategic for us since it's close to Museum train station and bus stops to Eastern Suburb or Newtown's area. Additionally, Mark Hindle has been a great building manager! He ensures our premises are secured from threats, even small things such as food delivery. He is very responsive to any issues in the building (e.g. Building malfunction, security, etc) and immediately solve them. Thanks Mark!

Mark the building manager is the friendly guy who makes sure we all live in a respectful and very clean apartment building. Attention to detail is the best we've experienced and Jetson our dog can't get enough of the treats he shares with him every day!

I was maybe the 2nd resident to move in to Aspire when it first opened its doors in July 2015.
Since I have moved in, all of us residents have built a such a nice and diverse community. I hear quite often that our building has a good reputation in the neighbourhood and I'm proud to be living here.
I wanted to thank Mark - our Building Manage - for his diligence, always trying to improve our quality of living and making living here so much more enjoyable. He is very thorough with his work and he has a very strong attention to detail. In a way, as an owner in the building myself, his work is also protecting my investment and I think it's very important.

My partner and I moved to Sydney (originally from Paris) and we have been living in aspire building since October 2016.
We would definitely recommend this place to all Sydneysiders ; location is amazing as we can walk everywhere easily and the building is brand new with all the confort you can expect.
We are very lucky with our Building manager, Mark who is doing a great job and always happy to help and anticipate all kind of issues related to maintenance.
He has really helped us to feel like at home
