Managed to pick up 4 pairs of walking shoes from ASICS.

Pretty well stocked store. Staff were helpful and helped me decide which pair to buy. Love my ASICS runners - so bouncy and comfy!

In my opinion, this is not really an outlet, they have mainly new season products on display at RPP and just some boxes of old models on clearance in the back of the shop. When I went there last week, there was only a couple of football shoes in the clearance section and none of them my size, so given this was the purpose of my visit, it was a waste of time for me.
In contrast, today I visited the Liverpool Asics outlet which was actually great with a good selection of discounted football shoes in different styles (I bought a pair at 50% rpp) and the discounted models were available in a good range of sizes. They also had a " last pair" section with even bigger discounts (if you are lucky enough to find your size) and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Absolutely DISGUSTED.
Partner went into shop absolutely ignored.
Being in our mid 50s not sure if staff approved of an older demographic shopping in their store or if we weren't wearing being or designer clothes to justify service. Several staff walked straight past without interest.
As we reside 4hrs away in a country area that has no selection of footwear it was initially a relief to find a great display.
Partner had chosen a pair of shoes wanted simple advice before getting 3 or 4 pair to have at home when required. So not a small sale.
But to be blatantly ignored was disgusting
I was next door in the Jean's Shop where service was amazing polite and professional.
Management GET ON THIS.

Thanks again ACICS Birkenhead point for the last pair of shoes cost me $80 but with the lockdown we can not buy new shoes these are my old shoes I just had to glue but we will be back again ️

Great variety of asics gear. It is outlet store, may not have your desired size. Other wise staff are attentive and in my experience did the best they could to help me out.

I bought the shoe from a sales rep after 2 months the sole doesn't give the grip and it's quite slippery. I tried calling the store 6 times during trading hours No one care to answer the phone, the store manager name Kiran itself is busy n wander around with his headphones on and walks around as if he owns the shop extremely rude and explain to me that you haven't worn the shoe correctly the shoe is perfect. I have never personally experienced this kind of self-centred person. The Headoffice should take their brand seriously because people like Kiran (the manager) will wreck the brand name and reputation of the brand.

I'm really impressed with the ASICS Factory Outlet Birkenhead Point and I know my ASICS stores quite well.

They had a massive range, all the Cross Trainer Runners I wanted, and the prices we're the best I've ever seen.

They had last seasons Gel Kayano's for $130 and I've never seen such generous pricing from ASICS stores ever (even compared to other DFO's).

Staff we're really nice too. Coming back there from now on!

Great experience shopping here. Came on a weekday afternoon. Attentive staff, good service. I knew what I wanted before coming and found my shoes, big discount.

Great selection of shoes I trust to take care of my ankles. And don't let the "factory outlet" put you off - store is well organised, and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful! Will def go back.

Worst store Manager ever. The head office should have an action against people like this. A mother with 5 months old was trying to get a refund while the baby was unsettled the manager didn't give a damn thing about her and kept talking abruptly and walk away on her with his phone on.

Kids size is always a problem here at this store. Very limited options due to size unavailability

Got joggers from this shop. They had a sale going on and there were a lot of deals too. The staff is friendly and helpful as well.

Good outlet store. Have lots of style and the price is quite reasonable. Hopefully they bring back the program that take your old shoes for extra discount.

Rubber sole separated from a $250 shoe after 2 months. I tried calling the store 6 times during trading hours - no-one answers and you
can't leave a message! I live 50 minutes away from the store. My last pair of Asics.

Nice selection for an outlet with the outlet price - they never have all the colors (but which outlet does) but they always have a choice of 2E wide size shoes.
I'm usually able to walk out with exactly the type of shoes I was looking for.

Fantastic service. Mark was after rugby boots and this young gentleman was super helpful, checked through all the sizes and went and looked through the clearance range as well for metal cleats. He was knowledgeable and offered many options. The lady at the counter with mousy brown hair was lovely and friendly also. Best service I have had in Sydney! These young people know service.

Picked up my latest pair of Asics Nimbus 19's. Best possible road running shoes for neutral feet. Very helpful staff.
