It was our first visit to the store today and I was very impressed. Ravi helped us and was a fantastic consultant. Didn’t try to “sell us” in a pressured way and the way he conducted himself made us feel comfortable. We were happy to buy a lounge and entertainment unit. Very happy with the prices also. Would absolutely recommend to family and friends.

We visited the store to refurnish our living room. We dealt with Ravi and Sasha, both were amazing. They were very patient and extremely helpful. I kept changing my mind about what I wanted and everything single time they both accommodate and made suggestions. Highly highly recommend the Campbeltown store and make sure you ask for either Ravi or Sasha.

DO NOT Buy anything from Ashley Furniture. I ordered a dining table and chairs and it took 7 months to be delivered. Every time I asked when it was coming I was told it was coming next month or that some items had been delayed which delayed the whole order. Absolutely useless and they didn’t care. I was told finally that the order was being delivered on a Saturday and I stayed home all day, nothing arrived and when I questioned what happened I was told nothing was confirmed with the delivery partner - why could you have not told me that instead of wasting my time? ! It is not the store themselves. The sales people are great, it’s the after sales that is pathetic.

We just placed an order with the sales assistant Ravi who provided incredible and professional services on multiple occasions. Ravi was able to provide all the necessary and accurate information on all products we were looking at. Overall we were extremely satisfied with his services and expect to feel the same when products arrive. Highly recommend!

Purchased a lounge which was delivered back in June 2022 which was faulty. Still waiting for a response to have it replaced. Have contacted them numerous times and personally visited the store. Still no outcome. Will be taking the matter to Fair Trading.

Worst place to shop furnitures. They can only up sell but poor service. Items arrived damaged and waiting for more than 4 months now but no resolution. Would not recommend anyone to buy headache from there.

One of the worse Furniture place ever staff are rude nothing in stock they say 3 months then becomes 4 months and again becomes 6 months. No Courtesy reminders always chasing them up and no apology very rude DONT SHOP THERE

Nicely presented lots of of lovely decor accessories. Everywhere looked clean and tidy, without dust on buffets and furniture.

Rude arrogant and ignorant. The salesman was unable to provide accurate pricing on the goods then argued with us. We left the store empty handed. Disgusting service.

Make sure you got purchase without any defective because Ashleyhelpout does not work, ive been waiting for six month And still not ineffective
