31Kayla, a student was doing my ultrasound. Took longer than expected but was nice and helpful. Make sure to have a full bladder if you’re doing a female uterus scan.
I’ve been to this facility a couple of times for ultrasound scans, and my experiences were fantastic. The staff consistently demonstrated professionalism and care, making me feel comfortable during each visit.
The staff at the radiology is pleasant & welcoming, special thanks to Laila for being professional & informative. I highly recommend Ashfield Radiology.

Way better than the Burwood Medical Imaging, staff were nice, only took 20 minutes for the whole process! Super fast and smooth and the x ray person was really nice.
It’s my very first visit here at Ashfield Radiology, I had my ultrasound of Abdomen which was done by Ann, she was the best radiographer. Very calm, co operative and professional. She makes me feel so comfortable entire the process.

The layout at the new premises needs a little tweaking but the service, competence and care offered here is excellent. They are kind, considerate and lovely people, and, if need be, they go the extra mile. Given the option, they would always be my first choice.
Very supportive staff, neat and clean centre. Very close to Ashfield station. Most of the things covered under Medicare as per norms and referrals.
I really love this Center service and so impressed about with the over delivery service! Great staff, they are so professional and patient for all my questions. With the whole process of the ultrasound, they provided the detailed explanation to every single steps! I really recommend this Center to everyone.

This is the best radiology practice in Sydney. Caring, patient, professional and most of all thorough. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They don’t miss anything and treat each patient thoughtfully. If you are looking to park close, ask the receptionist about the free parking close by. I never feel like “just a number” at this practice. I’d like to thank the entire team at Ashfield Radiology for such fantastic service.
This radiology place is rare! They are all lovely and caring, I’ve always had a great experience with them and it is my absolute first choice. Been to way too many places where they were rude and rather annoyed to be there to help…6 stars if there was the option for it!
This place is awesome. I had clinical placements here as a student for 6 weeks, and their standard of patient care, hygiene, empathy, and all-round professionalism is the best I've ever seen. Every single person who works here: the radiologists, radiographers, sonographers, receptionists, all the staff have healthy interactions with each other and the patients; the amiable work environment fosters meaningful experiences for all who visit. Highly recommend for anyone after some medical imaging!
I had a wonderful experience with everyone at this radiology. Everyone was so respectful. We had an ultrasound, and the radiographer "Serene" was so calm, kind, cooperative and too professional. I will definitely recommend this place.

Great place. Lovely friendly staff, they do a good job. Have up to date machines, and results are pretty quick.
TL;DR - Trainee Russell took 2 hours to find my appendix. Left me alone on examination table twice.
Receptionists spelled my name wrong - after copying my Medicare Card.
Consent form advised that this procedure should take approximately 10 minutes. TEN MINUTES.
The procedure did not take 10 minutes.
Hour One: a standard ultrasound. I stated that I do not have pain at least three times, but he kept asking where the pain was. After about an hour, he went to get his supervisor. Annie, the supervisor redid the whole thing in about 5 minutes then left.
Hour Two: A more 'personal' examination. After an hour of blindly stabbing away, asking where the pain was (hint: there is none!), he left the room again to go get supervisor Annie. He left the 'wand' where it was. I assume he was making a cup of tea, because I checked my watch when he left the room and I timed him. I was on an examination table, completely exposed, with the wand in place for anyone to stumble in on for more than 5 minutes. Finally, he and Annie show up again. Annie has a look for 5 minutes and it's done.
After I got dressed, Russell couldn't find a sticker for my film, finally managed it, then folded the films into a bag for me to take home.
I assume Russell is the son of someone important, because he is useless and should not be unsupervised.
Time management is not good.
Booked appointment 9.30 am, again called me and changed 11.30 am and again called me for 1pm.
It’s really unexpected.
I don’t recommend this radiology.
The service with the health care professionals is excellent but the receptionists are useless.
The website states "If you are experiencing fever, cough, sore throat, cold/flu like symptoms, respiratory problems, or have travelled overseas in the last 4 weeks, please kindly call our friendly team to discuss prior to booking or attending your appointment. "
Having woken up with a sore throat, I called them to seek advice on whether I should attend my appointment. I had to explain myself 4 times and the receptionist kept saying "I don't understand, what is your question? ". They then said they would check with the radiographer and call me back.
When they called me back, they did not address the question of my sore throat and instead started asking questions about my period which was not at all part of the discussion at any point prior to that, and suggested that I should reschedule for a different time in my cycle.
This place should invest in either training their staff or focus on hiring people who are competent at their jobs and understand the context in which they are working.
Fast turnaround, professional. When my doctor couldn't pass on the resulting x-ray report by email (she only does fax!) the radiology lab cheerfully emailed me a copy instead.
Very unprofessional.i was late for 10 minutes due to traffic and i even called them saying i would be late but they filled in walk in patients and delayed my ultrasound for one hour
I had never seen a place where you have to wait for one hour for being 10 minutes late and on the top of that I had UTI problem and i couldn't hold my urine for long but it seems like they are only concerned about money not people's health
