Gian did a pest and building for us. Right from the beginning he was very professional and responsive to all communication. He sent us a document prior to the inspection which detailed all the work he was planning to under take. He spent several hours at the house and rang me immediately afterwards to go through each and every issue in detail. He was very knowledgeable and was pleased to answer all my annoying questions. The report was very professional and detailed with lots of photos, descriptions of the issues and recommendations.
