Have been coming to the salon to see Anita and the girls for years and can’t recommend them enough! Everyone is so lovely and welcoming and super knowledgeable in all areas ranging from laser, waxing, tinting, facials, therapy treatments and so much more. Definitely worth a visit!

I have been going to ascend every month for the past 2 years to see Anita and the quality of service is spot on! I haven taken advantage of a number of packages (laser and gold membership) and they are all such great value for money. The team are also incredibly knowledgeable and are great at recommending products / services based on what you are looking for. I always feel so welcome by all the staff and love coming in.

Yesterday I was called by someone from ascend offering me $50 off as an inducement to return. I called this morning and visited the clinic. When I went to pay this was unavailable. I was told I needed to spend $250 to obtain $50 off. This was definitely not mentioned in the call. I feel very ripped off

I feel so welcomed every time I come! Not only is the treatment great I love the staff. The manager is absolutely amazing. Thank you cannot wait to come back every time ️

Has this place changed ownership/management? I don't normally feel compelled to write reviews I really was disappointed in the customer service and management of this clinic. Given the fact that I booked a basic make up package on the website for my teenage daughter. When we arrived.
- I was accused of double booking on the website (same time!) yet I only had one confirmation and paid for one?
- I was informed the packages had changed / website had changed since I had booked and now the cost was $75 instead of $55
- After insisting I got what I had booked and paid for ie $55 package.they very reluctantly did the "basic" package for $55. One colour eyes/no lip stick/no eyeliner. What a joke ALL extra! Unfortunately they had changed the website so I couldnt check but I had been recommend by a friend who said that when she got the $55 package some months ago it was inclusive and fabilous! I must say the girl that did the make up was great. Management - not! Has this place changed ownership/management?

I am never let down! Anita is extremely professional with perfection to detail. She really understands my needs as an individual and never judges. She educates me and makes painful procedures much less so. She is fun and personable. Highly recommend! (Maddi xx)

Had a facial done last Wednesday at Ascend, the experience was great. I had an oxygen facial which I would definitely recommend. The consultant name is Anita, she has magical hands. Really loved it. Great friendly staff and excellent service.

This place is hopeless. Its very convenient and there is lots of free parking but! Don't expect them knowing what they do. The manager shows so confident but if you ask about products, she doesn't know anything. She just tell you nonsense. She confuse you by short and quick answers and looks straight in your eyes like you should know about products yourself and doesn't ask questions!
These all happens if you can stand the strong smell of tobacco comes from her breath.
Anytime I went there there was a new girl working and I didn't see them anymore. So you never can stick with a therapist who knows what you want.
Not recommending at all.

An amazing clinic! I’ve been coming here for about 2 years and will continue to keep coming back. I’ve had laser by quite a few different people in the past but Anita is by far the best, she has so much knowledge and always carefully evaluates my skin before she starts. She is also so so lovely and I feel really comfortable every time and enjoy my appointments! All staff are lovely, couldn’t recommend it enough.
