Had to get urgent testing done on my carpet underlay as there were concerns that there could be asbestos. When I contacted Absbestex the process was explained. I delivered my sample at around 11am and by 3: 15pm the same day I had the results. Really impressed by the quick turnaround and easy process.

Elie from Asbestex was very responsive to my emails, detailed in answering my questions of the process and the various clearance certificates, and very accomodating of when I was available for the works to happen. They were always bang on time (if not early) and executed the work quickly, leaving the site spotless. Excellent service from start to finish!

Michael was punctual, friendly and very helpful. He was able to fit me in on the same day I rang, and was able to answer any queries I had. Overall I was very pleased with the service!

Really pleased with the work done by Asbestex. I had loose pieces of asbestos sheeting in an area of my backyard. Ellie and the team did a great job of plowing through the area by hand and left the place immaculate. Definitely recommended and will use them again for some more work at the property.

We used Asbestex to remove asbestos from our bathroom. Michael and his team were very professional and likeable. Even the Hygienist, who came to inspect the work afterwards, said they never have any problems with the quality of the work of the Asbestex team. We will definitely use Asbestex again when we do our kitchen renovation.

Took 5 days to respond to my quote request.
They finally quoted $1400 to remove 2 small pieces of asbestos panel (2m x 0.5m), which is up to them, but the going rate for this size job is max. $200.
They clearly don't need your business.

Asbestos is a such a dangerous material that it gives my husband and I peace of mind knowing that someone as professional as Michael will carry out the job to a high standard.
As a highly specialised nurse it never ceases to amaze me that people do DIY removal of asbestos.
One slip up during the process and they may find that they are very sick in a few years time. It really is not worth the risk. Go ahead and save money elsewhere in your renovation but not with asbestos!

Great service from Michael at Asbestos. Being inexperienced home renovators, Michael was extremely helpful and knowledgable in regards to removing asbestos from our house. Just had Asbestex take care of our bathroom. We found that our waste stack was covered with fibro sheets and Michael and his team came in to rremove it.
