What a find. Recently moved into the area and have had on three occasions visits to this butcher. I have absolutely no hesitation in saying the purchases I have made particularly the lamb have been unquestionably top class. Without a doubt I will be visiting A and S meats for my purchases on a regular basis. I also add service is an added extra as my enquirers have been answered much to my satisfaction. Here for over 40 years, in my opinion it has to be consistently the best meat I've ever had anywhere, kilos cheaper than any one else 5star service with a smile not to mention the free eggs kindly given by the staff HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Bought a spoiled meat there other day. Wagyu rump was without any stamp so I trusted them but no good.

Spoke to John who was really happy to recommend different cuts of meat, made sure I got exactly the right type of roast and trimmed and sized exactly as I needed it. The prices were also great as a wholesaler, so will definitely be back.

I have visited this shop many times and have been very happy with produce. Had a dilemma before Xmas as to which meats to buy. (Wanted something to be roasted with potatoes etc, as my father is elderly). Butcher suggested cut of beef to be slow roasted for 5 hours (the cut popular for Brazilian style cooking). It was amazing! Delicious and tender. My family thoroughly enjoyed their Xmas Eve dinner. Also grabbed some lamb for barbecue. Again very happy. Many thanks for your suggestions.

5 star service 5 star quality Meat prices have gone up throughout the industry over the last couple of years however they are still the cheapest for Top quality cuts

Poor service. Grumpy proprietor who made me feel unwelcome, made worse by the overpriced meat which failed to match the cost. I will never go there again.

Great Butcher & Cuts. Latino cuts of meat asado Ribs, Chorizo (chile/Argentina), picana (brasil), skirt stake (soft stringy beef taco meat) & latino pantry condiments/spices such as Chumichurri sauce, guarani/inca cola soft drinks. My fav are the beef ribs, chorisitos, pork belly. Its get cleaned everyday towards the end of day when i go there. Prices are good, and represents great value, range of bbq cuts of meat, & the pantry items. They have Authentic Argentina style Coal for bbq for sale as well.

I have had quality cuts form many butchers in my time and grew up on a cattle farm, yet never the quality that A and S meats provide. My kids are fussy and my wife more particular than me when it comes to quality meat. No wonder you serve the top ten Sydney restaurants.
