Super cute tucked away antique shop in Kingswood - great prices and you are bound to find interesting and unique items. Each time I've been they have new things and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Arty is a nice bloke. Well laid out and reasonable prices. Just nothing took my fancy on my last visit.

This place is great, love looking around at all the different things and seeing "Arty" so friendly and welcoming to the customers which adds to the experience. I have purchased a number of items which I'm very happy with and will continue to visit often.

A wonderful place to look around and see what you can find absolutely wonderful owner who takes pride in his store. I’ve bought some old film cameras and they are perfect and will go nicely in my collection.this is definitely a weekend stop.

Just bought 2 film cameras from Artys Surplus and nothing but good things to say, owner knows his stuff and the place is filled to the brim with great stuff.

Some interesting items in store but mostly filled with over priced trash. Don't trust the owner to give you an honest evaluation of the product regarding its value or quality and despite this being a place where you might expect some wiggle room on the price you will more likely find the owner being tighter than a camels A*se in a sandstorm

Great shop lots of oldwares, very helpful staff. Only draw back is the eftpos is not always working

Perfect place for finding treasures in this antique shop. Prices are fair and affordable. Easy parkings.

Owner is friendly and generous. The warehouse is pretty large and includes a few smaller shops which are rented by different shopkeepers.

Since other shopkeepers of small shops are not at premises, it is not easy to negotiate prices with them.

There is an auction every a few weeks.

A true gem in Kingswood.

They’re good, service and price, but sometimes the stuff they sell you won’t work.

There was a time where we were moving (2019) and we had a box of stuff to trade for stuff in the shop.
The owner was at a wedding so we couldn’t trade (not angry about this) but we had bought a $40 Time Crisis PS2 game the same day and it didn’t even work. Just make sure you test stuff before you buy.

It used to have much more interesting stuff few years back but recently i go in and get out with nothing!

It's an interesting place and the owner is friendly but you'll need to bring your haggling hat along.

If you are looking for antique and rustic pieces (seconds mostly) of furniture and other interior decoration items, this is the place to be. They have quite a large collection waiting to be discovered.

Great antiques gem in the west. A huge selection of unique wares and sorted into sections and all at quite reasonable prices compared to others we’ve visited. Arty himself is also a nice guy and helpful which makes the experience better. Worth the trip

Great friendly service. This place is awesome if your into things from yesteryear and collectables that are usually hard to find then this is the place, full of treasures at reasonable prices.

Great variety of Antiques. Around 20 little shops inside Artys. Has limited amount of parking space available. Good place to go and browse through.

I had driven past this place for years and never knew it was just down the side street. I'm so glad that I discovered it. It's a awesome store with so many goodies. You can spend hours here looking at everything. I picked up some very nice things and I now visit atleast once a fortnight

I have been going to Arty's store for over 20 years, and i am still amazed every time i go there, the variety of stock changes every time, and his friendly service is always the same
