Every now and then, you come across people who are true professionals in what they do and how they go about helping. I had an interaction today with ArtSup and their service was a standout. Nice work ArtSup.

Absolutely top selection, fabulous and friendly service, and unbeatable value. Highly recommended for both professional and hobby artists.

I was here fewer than fifteen minutes and spent only about $20, but I looooved the shop the moment I walked in. The aisle are narrow, but everything seems organized, so it doesn’t feel like you’re walking into a tomb where art supplies go to purgatory until someone releases them from their torment.

Great selection of pencils, including open stalk Derwent Drawing pencils. One of the precious items I nabbed was the best white colored pencil known to be made (according to me, but the opinion seems to be shared by many colored pencil artists on YouTube). Previously, I thought it was only available in sets.

Open stalk Luminance tempted me, but I had a budget. I nabbed a new Neocolor ii crayons.

I spotted some interesting inks, Sennelier oil sticks. There were open stock Prismacolor pencils and I’m fairly certain they were less than Eckersley sells them for, which obviously isn’t hard to do since the markup at Eckersley is so shocking.

We have nothing like this shop in Canberra and I’m very envious! If I can, I will go back the next time I spent a weekend in Sydney.

I highly recommend a visit, but don’t go without money to spend. Make a budget and then double or triple it. (Seriously. Don’t kid yourself.) It would be fun to drop some serious money in this shop.

What an awesome Art Shop i was so focused on Ceramic underglaze section then a amazing collection of Brushes for every price range x quality.
Then to Fabric Paint great selection i never got to see the other sections of the shop of canvas x paper suppose i will be back. Great staff x I'm so happy everything is online or phone ordering is welcome as i live 7hrs away.

Both times I went the staff were very helpful and very nice. Were thorough when I asked for help, I was very appreciative of that.

Oh! This is the srt store of art stores! So many well chosen and beautiful art supplies in one reasonably small place. Think Aladdin's cave, but creative. I have bought on-line before, and their prices are often the same, or even lower, than the so-called bargain places. But really, you have to go and see!

I highly recommend Artsup. Andrew is friendly and very helpful. His suggestions were so helpful in making my decision easy. My canvas print was just what I wanted and done so quickly. I couldn't be happier.

They take Covid safety seriously which was nice to see. Owner (I think) was very helpful in helping me select paper for an art program. I'm not artsy my self but a friend who is highly recommended this place.

It's been my pleasure using this store. I've never had a problem finding what I need or with their fantastic service. They even frame my work professionally and at a price I can afford. Do yourself a favor don't pass these guys up.

As a artist and landscape photographer this little treasure trove has everything u could possibly need both for art and framing, with kind and friendly staff that help with all my needs I won't go anywhere else I give these guys not only just 5 stars I give u all the stars in the universe, I highly recommend these guy's as they really go above and beyond for all your needs

Very convenient store to go for Art supplies. Neil has fair prices and affordable for everyone. Going back there almost a decade now. Store is well maintained and run by the owner, especially with covid19 rules, spot on.

One stop shop with great selection of all art media & framing needs with friendly service from Neal & family (discount offered for local art societies members). Wonderful that they now offer an online service as well!

This lovely little store was a recent discovery of mine and I feel that it is going to quickly become my new art haunt. I had emailed earlier in the week to check stock quantity and received a fast and friendly reply which led me to make the trip to the store. Yes, the store is a little short on space but thats only because its jammed full of fun and exciting art supplies for us to browse/buy. I was quickly distracted and got a great bargain on a watercolour spiral notebook and found the paint I was looking for easily. Most items have a price label but I found this was lacking on the paint tubes, I might have just missed a sign but overall I had a great experience and will be back in the near future.
