I've been going to Artisti for a number of years now for beans, coffee, machines, accessories and advice. I enjoy dropping regularly to have a chat and see what's new.

The Artisti whole team are super passionate about coffee (you could even say coffee geeks) and have a wealth of knowledge on any question you might have, and are always willing to help out. We're really lucky to have them in the Coffs area.

I highly recommend Artisti for everything coffee related.

Love the beans and the videos! Just the subscription delivery is slow compared to some others so do need to allow for that

Bought some gear off these guys after watching some of their YouTube videos. Very fast delivery and happy with how everything went.

We visited Artisti today to purchase a new machine. We were referred to Artisti by a very passionate Italian friend and we were not disappointed by his recommendation.

We went looking for a long-term, high quality purchase that wouldn't end up being landfill after a few years, and we cannot recommend Artisti enough. (Added bonus - they also service machines - thrilled to have found them).

We were greeted at the front door by such a genuinely enthusiastic staff member - he was a breath of fresh air. He chatted to us about what we were after, and easily referred us on to a more experienced staff member when he didn't know all the details we were looking for.

PS that short black was absolutely amazing, thank you! (Make sure you pop in for your espresso fix if you're ever in the area - the single origin Ethiopian beans are incredible).

We were so impressed by the genuine people, and the honesty of the staff - they truly wanted to help us choose the right machine - not just make a sale. We left with an absolutely beautiful Quick Mill Rubino, a bag of Artisti beans and we cannot wait to book in a training session to learn how to properly use our new toy.

Artisti have kept me and my family well-caffeinated for over 10 years now. Best quality coffee on the Mid North Coast, lovely people with a passion for good coffee and fantastic customer service. In 10 years I've twice had some problem or miscommunication with my regular subscription. Both times they've promptly gone above and beyond to remedy it, proactively reimbursing any overcharge and even once giving us a free kilo of coffee to ride us over.

I cannot recommend Artisti highly enough.

Yummy coffee. Lauren and a young man were doing the coffee's this morning. What a team they looked after everyone so quickly and efficiently with smiles. Great to watch.

Plus the youtube channel has heaps of good info!

My daughter did a Barista course here and it was fantastic. Not only was the course itself great, the teacher checked in a week later to see if she had any questions. Also, the coffee in the cafe is excellent.

With a fantastic single each week, with a variety of brew methods on offer, each of which they have a mastery of its a must for those into coffee. Nice people, great brew, a must visit when in town

On holiday to Coffs and dropped by for a coffee, and they were great! Were able to get us exactly what we wanted, and even had great decaf! Will definitely be ordering their beans online.

Their beans are great and I'm confident of a decent coffee from the Roastery, but a few venues they supply really need more training behind the machine.
