Artiste Plastic Surgery - Dr. Jack Zoumaras

My decision to book my revision rhinoplasty with Dr Zoumaras is the best decision I’ve made to date. I had a closed rhinoplasty 10yrs ago that did not give me the results i desired. The difference in the stability and aesthetics of my nose has improved ten fold thanks to Dr J. Dr Zoumaras, who is not only a magician in the OR but he is also profoundly professional and so friendly at the same time. After about 2 years of actively searching for a surgeon who would agree to revise my rhinoplasty, Dr Zoumaras was up for the challenge and the results speak for themselves. My once extremely droopy collumella has been corrected, my nostrils are half the length and the overall width of my nose is half of what it was previously (think golf ball sized nose, no definition what so over and nostrils that resembled upside down
Nike ticks) I still cant believe it. Not because I was doubting Dr Zoumaras’ work, I just did not believe it was possible that the nose I now have looks like it has belonged to my face all along. It is so perfectly matched to my face. My breathing has also been phenomenal post op from day 1. The service provided by the team at artiste was nothing short of amazing, from the initial phone calls to the many emails exchanged between myself Carmen and Cassandra. Both are absolutely lovely and professional. They even helped me change some appointment times around to suite MY needs. I had many questions (sometimes repetitive) and they both took the time out to constantly reply back to me. They even advised me on how to claim some money back (if that is important to you). With Both consultations Dr Zoumaras reassured me that my desired look was achieveable and he took the time to sit down draw diagrams, take photos and explain in detail his plan and the reasoning behind each option. When I had expressed doubt on whether my nose would be “liftable” he had the perfect solution. After my first consult I knew that I had no more questions or doubts about his practise. With the 15 or so photos I lugged with me to his office, I was sure he had the right idea of what I was hoping for, and he hit the nail on the head! Even down to the shape and projection of my nostrils. I could have easily flown to turkey and had a revision but i will guarantee all the turkey noses in the world that no other surgeon will take the time to perfect the aesthetics of your nose while maintaining the importance of structure and stability in noses like mine (extremely ethnic). Dr Zoumara’s anaesthetist was just as lovely and took time to explain clinical expectations as well as post op-care, checking in on me nearly everyday. Both pre-op and post-op care have been absolutely phenomenal. The team at artiste send you home with a care bag with scar creams, lip balm, ointments and anything you probably wouldn’t think about purchasing on your own volition. The practise nurse also called me to ensure I was okay and to answer any questions. I felt very cared for at all stages of this process. The quality of patient care and interpersonal communication is outstanding. Thank-you to the team at artiste, and especially Dr Zoumaras in working his magic on my nose. And i still look like me! In the best way.

I’m a week post Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty operation, I couldn’t be more relaxed, happier so far with the care, support, I have received from the Artiste Plastic Surgery Team. I tried fillers on multiple occasions in the past on my tear troughs which made my under eyes worse and caused complications regardless of how experienced the injector was. Having done the Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty Surgery, it has giving me so much hope moving forward doe I’m still in the healing recovering process. A huge thank you to Dr. Puvesh Punj for the thorough, genuine and honest consultations. He showed a genuine interest in my case, which helped as initially I was anxious at first but with all the support & care I’ve received during consultations and the before and after the surgery, Dr Punj has always been friendly, answering any questions regardless of what it was, attention to detail, researching my case to find the best outcome for my particular surgery and situation, showed a genuine interest in my case, speaks with confidence and knowledge and puts you at ease. Dr Punj is amazing at what he does. His calm, positive and optimistic. I understand all surgeries carry risks which I was and have been completely informed, I’m still in the healing process but I know I choose the best surgeon for me “Dr Puvesh Punj” any doubt that passed my mind he supported and helped me navigate my mind with more positivity with speaking to him and knowing the experience and knowledge he carries. Artiste Plastic Surgery have two Exceptional, Talented, Experienced, knowledgeable, Specialist Plastic Surgeons Dr Jack Zoumaras & Dr Puvesh Punj who I would travel from Melbourne to Sydney only to have Plastic Surgery done by either of them. Nurse Ashlee is an absolute asset & gem to the team and if I had any concern I could reach out to her with ease, she was completely helpful, responsive, supportive and most of all caring. The reception team are all outstanding & caring from Carmen, Cassandra, Safiyah who all go beyond and above.

I am 5 weeks post rhinoplasty surgery with Dr Jack Zoumaras and I am amazed at the results already. I have wanted surgery since I was a teenager and was quite self conscious about my nose. After lots of research and having a consultation with Dr Zoumaras, I immediately knew that he was the man for the job. He was welcoming, kind and honest about the procedure. The recovery itself for me was a breeze, with no pain at all. The follow up phone calls from both Dr Zoumaras, nurse Ashlee and the hospital made the process all that little bit easier. His reception team, Carmen and Cassandra go above and beyond in the lead up to surgery and post op. I cannot recommend Artiste Plastic Surgery enough. Dr Zoumaras’s professionalism and knowledge in the industry is second to none.

In June 2023 I underwent a facelift and chemical peel with Dr Zoumaras. I am absolutely thrilled with the natural and fresh looking result of the surgery. The surgery & recovery went smoothly, and I was very well looked after by the staff at the hospital. Dr Zoumaras is a consumate professional who has a real talent and expertise in producing beautiful, natural looking outcomes for his patients. As a 45 year old woman I feel I've never looked better and I am so happy I chose to have my proceedures with Dr Zoumaras. The team at Artiste are also excellent - super responsive and caring staff who understand customer's concerns and requirements. I could not recommend Dr Zoumaras and the team at Artiste highly enough. I am so glad I made this investment!

I wrote the message below to Dr Zoumaras the day my cast came off. I couldn’t recommend him more and I’m so grateful for what he’s done for me.

Dr Jack, I simply don’t have the words to thank you enough - nothing I could ever say feels adequate but I’m going to try anyway. When Ash took my cast off and handed me the mirror, I sobbed the happiest tears I’ve ever cried. I genuinely couldn’t love my nose (or my entire face? !) any more than I do right now and can’t fathom the fact that I’m only going to love it more as time goes on. I never thought there’d be a day I’d look in the mirror and love the reflection looking back at me but somehow, you made it happen. Thank you for every phone call and email answered, for being so kind and caring at every instance, for easing my pre andpost op anxiety but mostly for exceeding my most wildest expectations. When I say you’ve changed my life, I mean it with my whole heart. Eternally grateful for you and everything you’ve done for me. Thank you thank you thank you!

When I complained about the abnormal swelling and pain of my nose - which he infected and botched - this doctor smirked and almost burst into laughter. Horror! I’ve been living a nightmare!

His friendly but confident persona instantly puts you at ease in discussing your desired outcome.

Definitely not feeling happy with my result. The consult was good and I was able to get booked in pretty quick. The healing process was good, however the issues came about a year later. Multiple things popped up after the swelling went down. My nose leans to the left more. One nostril is retracted and wider and shows more than the other. My columella dropped even though my tip was arched up so now my columella looks longer than before, my breathing is also worse than it was before and you can see parts of my cartilage through the skin. After discussing this with the Dr he said we could probably redo it and fix those issues. I had to follow up multiple times in regards to getting a response on booking this in and was then quoted 5k not even including the 2k anesthesiologist or hospital fees id also have to pay, to fix issues he caused that werent there before when in the consult he did say a revision wouldnt be charged if needed. I have spoken to many other girls with similar experiences and its very unfortunate feeling so stressed about something thats pretty unchangeable on your face.

I am currently 6 months post op rhinoplasty with Dr Zoumaras. This has been a wonderful journey with such an amazing team. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I am so happy with my results! So perfect and natural everything I could have asked for.
Dr Zoumaras is the most humble, kindest and genuine man I have met! He made me feel so comfortable and so sure the second I met him I knew he was the right surgeon for me.
His work is nothing but AMAZING! Even right before we went into surgery Dr Zoumaras assured me it was all going to be great and he was not wrong! The surgery process was also so seamless.

About 8 months after operation, swelling has gone down, and honestly made one of the best decisions in my life going with Dr zoumaras, Truly listened to what I want, was abit exxy but soo worth it. You get what you give, and this was exactly what I wanted. 10/10 (Also recpetion was fantastic, really empathetic and understanding team) couldnt give anymore higher praise then this, trust your gut and go with this doc, no joke, wanted to leave a review as a thank you for your efforts and your great recpetion team.

Having had 2 botched nose jobs previously from friends recommendations to their surgeons and voice of mouth, I decided to do my own investigations and go with my gut instinct and found Dr Jack Zoumaras/Artiste. The whole experience was A1, from dealing with the beautiful girls on front desk, to Dr Jacks amazingly caring follow up surgery nurse and of course to Dr Jack himself the Master surgeon. I highly recommend Dr Jack, having had my revision rhinoplasty and brow lift, he is absolutely the best in the field. Fantastic!

My daughter and I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Dr Zoumaras and his excellent staff at Artiste. I cannot rave enough about the process from making the appointment to post care. They actually care about there patients and nothing is too much trouble. This sets your mind at ease and Dr Zoumara's skill and compassion as a plastic surgeon exceeds expectations on every level. He is attentive to your needs but at the same time uses his expertise to guide you through the process and help you make an informed decision. His staff at reception and nurse Ashlee are so so kind and wonderful so overall the experience is way beyond 5 star. I had my nose done in this hospital for the first time. It was very different from the pictures I had sent to him, which made me very sad. After six months, he offered to do it for free, as long as 1000 yuan and anesthesia fee, in fact, there was an additional hospital treatment fee. During the first operation, he had promised that my medical insurance would cover most of the medical expenses, but it didn't. I had the surgery done in full in 28k, so I had hoped that the results would be satisfactory in the second operation, but the second operation was a revenge.

He didn't do almost everything I asked him to do before surgery, except that he made one side of the nostril very, very large, and the other side was high and the other side was low, so that people could see the terrible shape of sewing the wrong place. Now I'm trying to find the various experts say has been unable to recover, I probably will with the than I had in my life are three times large nostrils (because he sew the edges of the nose to the place where more above resulted in the shape of the nostrils, though written down, but this round look bigger) this is the most horrible things in life, He turned me from an ordinary person into an ugly person. Now I have become too ugly to repair, the shape is very scary, and the bridge of the nose is frightening, not a normal person would have the bridge of the nose, everyone was scared to see my picture. I have a heart attack without looking in the mirror. If he put a stick in my nose, I even for the first time after surgery have rhinitis, and in this second operation he obvious oppression by my nose cartilage, cause my nose there are two prominent, more difficult to breathe, attempted suicide was my family back to my Home Town, I couldn't face anyone, Because of this incident, I have been judged as Grade 3 depressed and decided to drop out of school and not see anyone. There's no benefit to this surgery other than wasting my time getting back to being an even uglier person.

As a person who used to make money by taking photos and blogging on the Internet, I spent 90% of the money of being an Internet celebrity, that is, more than $30, on him. But from now on, I don't think I can even be a normal person. Don't put any hope in this organization they will just keep comforting you, brainwashing you, it's all fake. After the first failed operation, which made me more rugged, the second time he made me a horrible person.

Please, I use my real experience of blood and tears to tell you, do not find him to do the nose, I swear this is my life the most regret decision and consumption, not one.

I can not explain how wonderful my experience was with Artist Plastic Surgery. From start to finish Dr Jack listen to my concerns and even after complicating surgery went above and beyond to ensure my recovery was as comfortable as it could be and reassured me of the final outcome would be what I was looking for. The final outcome was exactly what I had asked for and I could not be happier. I highly recommend Dr Jack especially if your rhinoplasty and septoplasty may be a little difficult due to numerous previous breaks.

I trusted Dr Zoumaras from the get go, and I was right to do so! He was always willing to answer questions and put me at ease during the different stages of the process. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and respectful, and was always checking in making sure I was feeling informed and comfortable. Absolutely AMAZING experience - could not recommend Artiste enough. Dr Zoumaras and his team were always so helpful - answered every single question I had and made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout the entire process. He was amazing and completely understood my concerns and my vision for my nose. I had a rhinoplasty and although I am only 8 days post-op I am already ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE with the results.
