As a professional landscape design business, I have used Artisan Exterior products on projects. The stone cladding and paving has been superior and easy to install, the service always professional, responsive and extremely knowledgable.

I just wanted send a quick note to say how amazing your employee Kathie Lazenby is. We were so thrilled with her service and her “go above and beyond” attitude and approach.

Our job was only little, although you wouldn’t have known that given how much deliberation we gave to the style/colours of the cobblestones and grout colour! Kathie was there and with us all the way!

In her own time & using her own vehicle, Kathie also collected our left over tiles from our home so they could be used as samples or recycled. Soooo good!

We purchased pavers and pool tiles from Artisan Exterior and are very happy with both products, they’re high quality and very contemporary. John’s product knowledge was very impressive. Very happy with the customer service at Artisan Exterior. I ordered a small amount of cottage capping tiles to match wall cladding I purchased elsewhere. On arrival I was not happy as two of the four were lovely and looked as advertised on website. The other two did not have as much colour, one was grey with no colour. I understand there is variation in natural stone. Dan was wonderful and arranged an exchange so I now have 4 capping tiles that look great. Thank you Artisan Exterior.

After having a difficult time with a pool tile installer and needing to redo their work. We had the pleasure of working with Nick who was able to walk us through the process of picking new tiles and what to expect with them. Along with loads of feedback and direction in regards to laying the tiles.

In addition, Nick actually made himself available to speak with our tiler to ensure a correct and professional installation to avoid any issues. His product knowledge and assistance throughout the whole process was excellent.
