My mother had a treatment at this clinic and 4 weeks later still has shocking bruising around one of her eyes. She has consulted a doctor who said they must have hit a vein and they should have doctors there in the room when injecting

I’ve had the most wonderful experience with Eleanor at Artisan. We began working on my skin several months before my wedding with the aim to achieve vibrant and glowing skin for the big day. My skin is very sensitive and prone to redness and hormonal breakouts so I needed to work with someone who had a deep understanding of skin health. After a detailed skin consultation, I immediately trusted Eleanor understood my concerns and would develop and program best suited to my needs. Eleanor performed two courses of Laser Genesis along with a course of LED light treatment. This, combined with a rework of my Rationale at-home skincare routine had my skin looking more youthful, clear and bright than it had been in a long time (and just in time for my wedding last month!) I have been going to Artisan Mosman for approx 6 months. Initially attending for a minor cosmetic procedure. I was really impressed by all the staffs very genuine, professional and honest approach.
I have since been several times as I feel they understand and respect my needs ie: my desire for only subtle and natural enhancement of my features.
Im happy to say each visit and the subsequent results have well exceeded my expectations. I am so glad I found a clinic I can trust which is also pleasure to visit as everyone is so friendly and welcoming.
