Based on my experience, I would be very, very careful if you decide to deal with this Company. I a lodging a complaint with the Ombudsman today. I can provide emails and proof of the problems I have experienced with this Conpany. Please contact me for full details as the problem is far too long to detail here. That way you can make an informed decision.

UPDATE TO MY REVIEW

I cancelled a direct debit with Arrow on 16th January 2023
2 months later, they still direct debited my account.
Have referred this behavior to the Ombudsman
Additionally, after I advised them in writing that I would pay for internet up to 31st March, they have continued to bill me further
Have also referred this to the ombudsman along with emails proving this
Advice: If you deal with this Company, do not sign a direct debit, and put everything in writing to them. That doesn’t by any means guarantee that they will take any notice of your request though. Their accounts department took 3 months to cancel a direct debit. They devised me today that they have now cancelled the direct debit even though I requested it on 16th January 2023. Once I sent the email to my bank proving that I had cancelled the direct debit with Arrow back in mid January, The bank had it cancelled their end within an hour

We use the arrow 8x8 phone system in our business - works form anywhere in the world as long as you have an internet connection at the cost of a regular phone plan. Allan has been very helpful in setting everything up, always prompt with his responses to enquiries

As a business you want to have a smooth transition to your new telecommunications provider and the team at Arrow provided exactly that! From the start to finish of the project, Jas and his team were very professional and knowledgeable. They provided constant updates, kept you connected and ensured we were on track to meet the deadline.
Highly recommend their services for any businesses, big or small.

WARNING. STAY WELL CLEAR!
This is too short to post all the grievences about this company. I was sold a turnkey system about 5 years ago with the promise that it would integrate with our CRM. It didn't, but they could do it for "a fee"
We requested the call routing be re-programmed. A flowchart was sent and approved, then the technician was sent out. The technician had no work instructions about what was to be done, and when I shouwed him the flowchart he told us that it couldn't be programmed. An on the spot compromise had to be made.
After that affair, they chaned the Call ID of the system, without authorisation. We were alerted when customers asked why we had changed our number.
Arrow demanded $600 for a technician to come out anf fix their own mistake.
After this we moved to Ring Central. When trying to cancel the services, that's when we found out that the Turnkey system we were sold for $650/month over 60 months has a street value of only about $1200. Yep, they charged us $39,000 for a $1,200 system.
That would be one thing if all support was included for that price, but they make you pay for support and to fix up their own mistakes!
Complaints to the TIO resulted in the TIO siding WITH THEM! Something that shocked everyone I know. This is a corrupt company. Buyer beware.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GO WITH THIS COMPANY!

I left these guys 3 months ago and keep getting bills from them. This is on top of them making it extremely difficult to leave, they didn't help with any of the transition and i had to pay for new numbers because they never ported the numbers across even though they promised. They basically held me for ransom and left me out to dry once i told them i was leaving. The reason for leaving was the support was never there. They are happy to provide no support but then schmooze you when your contracts about to run out trying to sell you services you don't need. They think you don't remember the bad service they provided for the 5 year contract. But you do, and they don't want to talk about it.
Now i get useless bills which are too small to complain about. Its theft and criminal.

We have been an Arrow customer for a period of approximately 20 years. However, the service levels have deteriorated over the years and to a point where the organisation did not care for small businesses. This is not a service that we would recommend for any other small business entities and the most unprofessional attitude extended by the team members is most disheartening. They charge you exorbitantly and when you request for a basic minimum of a voice message service to be reinstated, it is a fight that you have to put on at all stages, with all levels of the management!

Finally, when the contract was requested to be terminated, they extended as long as they could and as a customer, we suffered more and our business was effected, but that was never a consideration for Arrow. To top it off, they forwarded an internal email to the customer, where the customer was being belittled! Would not recommend Arrow in any way whatsoever, especially if you are a small business.

Vikesh & Drew were absolute stars in assisting me in ordering essential hardware and getting it to me within less than 2 business days! I cannot recommend Arrow Voice & Data more highly, especially to corporate organisations

Terrible service once locked into a contract, beware. They are not interested in servicing or assisting, they just want to extend contracts or sell you more hardware.

We have been with Arrow now for about 7 years, we just did the changeover to NBN phones with them as well as a new phone system and we were up and going in under an hour.

We have used Arrow Voice and Data for several years. We have always been happy with their service, and their rates are quite competitive.
If an issue arises (or we need extra service) they attend to it without delay.three years later - we are still with Arrow and still very happy with the service and product. We have our mobiles, land line and internet with them. We have needed to contact them about our needs and always treated well.

We have been dealing with Arrow Voice and Data for several years now in our business THE FOAM BOOTH - I have recently had an incident which I approached them about and The service and attention to detail was outstanding. My issues were resolved and explained in detail to me
I want to congratulate our Account Manager of our telephone systems and escalation NATHAN FISHER for his unbelievable service and patience - I would also like to thank ANDY who has helped us resolve an issue without a hitch. We recently used Arrow Voice to migrate one of our busiest clinics phone/fax system to the Avaya phone system. The planning and attention to detail was meticulous and the cutover went really smooth without any outage. Jas the technician who attended onsite was very polite, really knowledgable, patient and helped all of our team members.

I would give 0 stars, but cannot. I have had nothing but trouble with the service and charging from this company. I need to constantly chase an answer from the staff there, currently sitting on a complaint I made 9 days ago, with no response. They had a level 1 person logged into our PC over 2 days trying to fix a problem, however couldnt. The result was one of their other staff advising them to create a whole new profile for a user (5 minute fix). When I complained, the answer was that "troubleshooting" is billable. I agree with this, however it was not "troubleshooting" and I had to sit and watch this person logged into the computer trying to fix something they had no idea how to fix. I asked for a log of all my tickets for the month, and their notes actually confirmed what I was saying - with a note saying "issues with windows registry, requires additional help from Raju". If this isnt enough, I have been charged for a ticket start time 2: 24pm and end time 3: 32pm with a note saying "called for John, he was in lunch.waiting for call back when he is available" - the billable amount for this you ask? "112.50" is whats on their spreadsheet. They just go silent in the hope that you forget about it and just pay (through their direct debit of course). Sick and tired of this joke of a company, worse than Telstra customer service. I have many emails and logs that I have been keeping to now go to the ombudsman. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I normally dont leave bad reviews because I believe people make mistakes and deserve a change to fix it, however they are just taking advantage of people here.
