Casey and the team at Arncliffe Babylon deserve more than 5 stars if the option were available. Great communication on a slightly complex new build job which required pre-planning for the location of 3 split-system a/c units during the build process. Casey and her installers not only gave the best quote for supply and install of Mitsubishi units, but accommodated the extended period between order and completion of the install by allowing flexible payment, advising re location of units and providing indoor unit plates to locate on the wall during build process, accommodating with install dates and then completing the install to a very high standard. Icing on the cake was leaving my place neat and clean and all done with a smile! Amazing service from the whole team from 1st contact and quote to final install - Highly recommend!

Had a terrific experience with the purchase and installation. I can highly recommend them. They were not only cheaper but very willing to provide more than what was quoted for. We had a split system put it and we're thrilled with it. Thank you Casey and the team!

The staff at Arncliffe Babylon Air Conditioning & Electrical Wholesale are outstanding. Casey sourced an air conditioner for me a highly competitive price ($100 cheaper than anywhere else). It was installed by Michael who arrived on time, removed an older unit, cleaned up and instructed on the use of the new unit. Purchased on Thursday afternoon and installed Monday morning. Installation cost was cheaper than anywhere else as well. If you need a new air conditioner you'd be mad not to contact Arncliffe Babylon.

I purchased 3 aircons from another shop and got them installed by Babylon in August 2022. Recently I found that one of them stopped working; so I called Babylon. They came to check it and found that there was some grass in the external unit, which stoppeded the external unit from running. They fixed it for me without any charge.

DO NOT BUY FROM BABYLON ELECTRICAL TEMPE, they are crooks and use unqualified air conditioning installers. Purchased a DAIKIN split system aircon with installation from Babylon Electrical Tempe. The installation was never done correctly as per the Daikin installation instruction. The aircon unit is fried because of the installer they provided. Kacie the receptionist is pathetic and rude, has no customer service skills and was totally dismissive of their businesses failure to provide what I paid for in the first place.save yourselves money and time. The boss has no balls and hides behind Kacie. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS. They don't even deserve a one star rating.

Originally wanted a Mitsubishi Air Con, but after having a conversation with Jackie he recommended the Daikin Air Con as it was better suited to my requirements.
They rang before they arrived, giving a ETA, done a excellent job in the installation. Friendly tradies. Highly recommended and very competitive on price

Competitive prices and excellent service. It was a complex install but the team who came worked tirelessly throughout the day and into the evening to get everything done, including tidying up and showing us how to use the system. Highly recommend.

The Best. I very rarely feel like commenting tradies, plumbers, sparkies etc but these guys are that good. Excellent communication, punctual, friendly, professional and certified staff that explain and work things with you to your absolute satisfaction, great prices too. Nothing but praise. We used these guys for a 7kw and 2.5kw daekin air con last year, they were reliable effective, very reasonably priced. They came out on time. The quoting process was great too. I have had no issues with installation or the product.

After service is very bad. They promised to come for warranty fix by 2 weeks, It never happened. When I called after 2 weeks, they said they cant fix come to fix, call Mitsubishi. So you decide if you want get service from them!

He expected us to give a $100 advance deposit without any receipts or anything in writing. And when we said we can do it only if you meet us in person and give us in writing, he backed off! He refused to install our AC then! Beware, a possible fraud.

Very Unprofessional and Rude. This guy agreed to install an Aircon and then back off asking for advance payment and then he started making excuses that they are very busy or going overseas. Steer clear from such unprofessional tradesmen.

These guys are good. They neatly and professionally installed 2 X Daikin inverter units for me. I would rate them A+ and would highly recommend them. Prices are very competitive.
