Avoid renting anything from these people. Management has changed and rental services are extremely poor. Avoid renting anything at 60 Claude Street Armidale from these people. The property is in a poor state of repair, vermin infested and unhygienic. The new manager is abusive and deceptive. Just don't do it.

Jeremy sold our small acreage for us. Jeremy has a great understanding of the property market in the Armidale region. Through an open discussion he estimated a sale price and how long it may take to sell. We used this to plan when we listed and at what price. The house is now sold and looking back he hit the nail on the head. He provides frequent and clear updates on all aspects of the sale making what can be a stressful time, pretty straightforward.
