TLDR: I could not recommend Armans highly enough for something so special as crafting your engagement ring. Aris and the team made what could otherwise be a daunting process as easy and enjoyable as you could hope for. With professionalism and patience, they helped me completely customise my girl's dream ring, it looks beautiful, she loves it, and I'd go nowhere else.

Full Review: From the first handshake in the initial appointment, Aris was friendly, genuine, professional, knowledgeable, informative and very patient with me (who knew nothing at the time about diamonds or rings).

He made me feel relaxed and comfortable to ask my many many questions. He explained everything clearly and was very generous with his time; all without any pressure to buy or decide anything on the spot; which I really appreciated.

I went away and did my own research, then came back in for a second appointment a few weeks later. Aris helped me pick the most dazzling diamond possible, which ticked my entire long list of specs. He also really helped to guide decision making on various design features, again being extremely patient and understanding.

We then went back and forth via email for weeks fine-tuning the design. No detail was too small, no request too difficult. Aris and the design team fully customised all aspects of the ring to my exact directions, creating something that was truly one of a kind.

The end result was and is amazing. I had high expectations but the ring blew them away. The ring is a little on the big side but that's my fault because I couldn't get the exact finger size and we had to estimate, but they resize it for free within the first few months and you'd never know by looking at it so not a problem or anything to worry about.

I'm extremely happy with Armans, I'd go with them again in a heartbeat and will recommend them to anyone who asks (already have).

And last but not least, my fiancée loves the ring. Thank you Aris and Armans.

If you want an enagement ring for you loved one, come here. It is as simple as that. My Finace and I knew we wanted to get engaged soon and started looking at rings to get an idea of what she wanted. After previously visiting another store, we both can't begin to explain how incredible and special the experience at Arman's was.because of this I bought the ring that day!
Aris was amazing in helping my partner and I find the ring she loved. He isn't pushy, or 'selly', he is simply just good at what he does. Letting you know what is popular, what works for you and your hand, and he throws ideas at you based on what you think you may like. We were able to custom design a ring that we are both absolutely in love with. Given a short timeline he also got the ring made and delivered to me in time to propose while my Finace's parents were visiting from overseas.

Thank you for making my engagement process an absolute breeze. My fiancé has always been a big fan of your designs and about a year before we got engaged, we came in to see you to have a browse and see what her ring size was. Fast forward 12 months when I walked in, you remembered who I was and what I wanted. How's that for service? !
