We went to Armadillo almost a year ago now and from start to finish, the service and follow up have been absolutely flawless. To say it exceeded our expectations, would be an understatement. In particular, the gentleman who sold us the rug in the end - Rodney Hinde in Sydney - has stayed with us in this follow up service to this very day - despite the fact that we were only purchasing one rug and has issues with the rug within about 6 weeks. His customer service has simply been exceptional. Our guess is that all of them are of the same ilk at Armadillo.

When we first went back to Rodney at Armadillo, we had concerns about some "pop ups" in the rug that - of course - were to be expected as the rug settled in. However my husband and I felt they were potentially happening a bit more than normal, so we called to chat to Rodney about it and what to expect/how to manage it. Rodney took it upon himself to request photos from us and investigate the situation thoroughly before advising. In the end it was his commitment to us as the customer, to take it all the way to his production team overseas. They decided collectively the rug should be replaced - no questions asked.

We LOVE this rug and did take quite some time to select it. To say we were both thrilled and quite surprised with this assessment, is genuine. It was an amazing result but not one that we requested nor expected, but the Armadillo team assessed it as so and did not hesitate to replace.

I have told Armadillo they have our commitment for life! What an example of authentic customer service and a genuine focus on the customer. Please do not hesitate to go to Armadillo - the rugs are absolutely stunning and as stated, the customer service will undoubtedly exceed your expectations.

Spent $3k on a rug for their terrible delivery supplier to lose it. Not worth looking at Armadillo and Co whilst they are using TNT as a delivery partner.

I have 9 Armidillo rugs in my home and I still want more. Absolutely love them. Quality is beautiful and the service has been 1st class with each order. Iam so so impressed. They look fabulous in every room of my home. Each order has been fast and stress free. Congratulations Armidillo staff for running a smooth operation. Rug is good, service & delivery needs improving. Was at home when delivered, the delivery guy refused to carry to the required room location, would only leave at the front door, needed to pay $160 to Armadillo & Co for VIP delivery for rug to be delivered & 'installed'
