2 If anyone is thinking to move to this building and other one just next to it, please reconsider your decision. Our living experience here hasn't been good at any times. Frequent false fire alarms, sometimes multiple times a day, yes, triggered by good for nothing person will only destroy your peace. Building is poorly built and you can expect major leaks every now and then in your unit which can damage your properties which happened to me. Embedded energy network with WinConnect will give you shock every time you receive your energy bills.
There are many factors which contributed to my one star rating. I will be moving out soon and would not recommend anyone to live here.
Builders appear to be putting the finishing touches on this new apartment building. It is located about 300 metres from Granville train station. Trains from this station service Sydney, Parramatta and south-west Sydney. Parramatta Road is located about 200 metres away - and leads to the M4. This area of Granville has quickly transformed from a semi-industrial area into a residential area. A few other apartment blocks have been erected next door and across the road.
