This was my first time visiting Arcuthi. They were very welcoming and Madi who is in her 3rd year cut my hair and done an amazing job with my curls.

Claire and the girls are amazing. I have been a customer of theirs for about 15 years and they always make my hair look fantastic. I love the vibe of the salon and all of the girls are really friendly, nothing is ever a problem for them. They are always super busy and cater for clients with different types of hair and hairstyles. Arcuthi always manages to make their clientele feel unique and special

Always great service, often fit me in at last minutes notice as I have a quick and easy cut. Staff are always friendly and do a great job.

My daughter had her hair cut there and the hairdresser was so attentive and fun. My daughter loved her. It has a great vibe and very professional. Would recommend.

I don't enjoy going to hairdressers much, and rarely do, but my experience with their apprentice Jasmine was great! She was professional and attentive, and was friendly without being overbearing. If I was a local I'd be booking with Jasmine regularly, as I walked out feeling confident and fresh for the upcoming Christmas/Wedding season!

6 months later and I’m still trying to recover from the absolute disaster that I was left with. Everything I asked for, I was given the exact opposite. Bleached my whole head of hair yellow and given the most disgusting cut that hairdressers who have tried to since help me, are shocked by. Sadly I have been told repeatedly by a few people that they’ve had similar horror stories. Pity I only found out too late. Do not risk it.

Owner Claire has been my hairdresser for over 25yrs, not only is she a fantastic hairdresser I’ve been lucky enough to work with her too. She is very professional and runs a great salon!

Didn’t get what I asked for. Absolutely butchered 2 kids haircuts and was unapologetic for it.

Unprofessional owner, speaks to her staff like trash. When I made this comment her reply was when you asked for something 500 times you’d speak to your staff like that also judging by your attitude you’re not very nice either.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a small business owner.

The hair stylists there are so nice and give great advice to haircuts. My hair was cut there and the results were fantastic.

Needed cut while on hols, fitted me in at very short notice, great cut, friendly hairdresser. Thanks Alannah, very happy.

Came 5 minutes before the appointment. Was made to sit for 30 mins to be told that there was another 10 mins before someone can come cut my hair.

Suggestions
1. If you are running late and predict that afternoon will be busy, update your online portal
2. Communicate with your customer and not assume things please

1 hour wasted on a sunny Saturday!

Got my snake bites pierced here today, the lady was a amazing, took her time and didn’t rush anything, made sure everything was placed right and straight and sanitised more than needed for no infection, didn’t feel rushed and made me comfortable, definitely loved the service and would go back again if wanting another piercing.

Hair cut was fine, but they treat their staff like dirt. It was so uncomfortable seeing these supposed mature hairdressers talk severely down to their young apprentices/workers. Made me very angry.
Grow up or get out. This is a business, act like a professional.

Have always enjoyed my cuts at the Barber annex. Moved back to the area recently and stopped for a cut by Daniel. Thanks for taming my COViD hair.

Great salon run by a professional excellent hair stylist. Her staff are also very good stylist and very friendly

Currently visiting the area after a long year (who hasn't had a long year? !). They fit me in in short notice and did an AMAZING job with my hair. The hairdresser listened carefully to my wishes and was sure to consult me every step of the way. I have never been so happy with a wash, style cut and blow dry. Highly highly highly recommend.

Always an amazing cut and colour! The most straight, sharp bob of my life, attention to detail is unbelievable. I travel from Canberra for the brilliant service that Claire and her team provides.
