ARC homes constructed my house reasonable well but they tried to save in material (such replacing contract agreed Alucobond cladding for something more cheap without asking) and labor; the communication with managers were very good until the project finished leaving a long list of defects.
They fixed some defects, other they said "no defect" such a bathroom floor with wrong levels for water flow, other defects are still waiting and more defects found after living in the house. I send some messages to ARC homes asking to come and fix old and new defect without reply.
The manager used to say "we are not like other builders" meaning responsible, supplying right materials and labor, charging the right amount, etc.but after the house finished I realized that was wanted to believe.
I advice to anyone build with ARChomes to be very careful all done according to contract and check materials quality as they will supply the lowest possible one and do not pay last amount until all defects been fixed.

We worked with ARC Homes in several projects on both company and personal level. They act professional, great communication skill, keen to understand detail and answer your queries in timely manner.

Recommended to developer and home owner.

ARCHomes built us a comfortable home. Their customer service was always nice and responded quickly to any issues we had since the house has been built.

They are very unprofessional, childish. Would not recommend
