Arbor Pride

This is a case of paying for arborists and getting tree loppers. My recommendation would be to write down exactly what you want and get them to copy it into the quote because the arborist with the iPad who magics up a quote will just write whatever he wants and they DONT LISTEN while they are quoting, on the day if you have a problem and afterwards if you email them. They did two or three trees well and the rest they just removed the dead branches but didnt prune so half the job. They come they do what they want they leave without checking and ignore issues. In my opinion they are only interested in extracting a maximum fee for the minimum of work. Merry Christmas to Arbor Pride I'll be sure to spread the 'joy' you brought me with anyone who asks who did my tree work. I'm off to buy a chainsaw so I can actually prune my trees properly myself for about 1/20th of the cost of these guys. My recommendation buy a chainsaw and for the really big trees hire anyone else!

Stefan and his team did a brilliant job pruning back some large trees that were causing our neighbour difficulties. Their work is so elegant that the trees still have perfect form and you can't tell where they've been pruned. All the team were polite and thoughtful while they worked, and left our garden neat and tidy. Arbor Pride also provided some handy notes, with details of the upcoming job, which we could print out and give to our neighbours.

I needed a tree to be removed. I chose Arbor Pride because Julian was very knowledgeable and made useful suggestions and advice about the care of other trees in the yard. The arborists worked quickly, professionally and effectively. I got good value for money and my trees are healthier.

Arbor Pride removed a 20 metre pine for me. The staff in the office were brilliant and kept me informed every step of the way with emails and texts. Also answering any queries I put to them.
The men working on the job were polite, respectful and worked well together.
The job was done safely and efficiently.

The tree job by Arbor Pride is quite professional. They stood out at the quoting stage when I was given definite answers on trees at my place regarding species and regulations on cutting and pruning. Furthermore, the price is very competitive and they are very communicative before, during and after the tree job. Been using them on recommendation for a few years. The best. Fully conversant with council rules and penalties. (if you get a Cowboy doing work it can turn into expensive fines if they don’t adhere properly).

We were impressed with the efficiency of Marcus and his team, from the time of quotation to their tidying up prior to departure. They took considerable care to avoid damage to the many bromeliads and other plants beneath the removed trees (African olives and camphor laurel) and were flexible in taking out some limbs of other trees.

Came for quote same day for storm damaged tree removal. Then came two days later and did the job. Very impressed a professionalism at every step of way from quote to removing last pile of leaves & clean up afterwards. Highly recommended.

A very professional operation. Can't fault them. I needed dead branches cut from a large angophora (gum tree) as well as various trees trimmed back from the edge of the house. A great team of guys turned up to do the job efficiently and politely. Great work.
