I go here for all my pregnancy massages and is absolutely amazing, staff are very warm and welcoming

I've heard such great reviews to this place by my neighbours and gotten 2 vouchers to go there. Every time I call, no one picks up the phone. I've tried calling different times during the day and different days during the week. No one answers the phone. Perhaps they don't have a receptionist at all? ! Very poor customer service if you can't even make a booking. Would love to go there and use my vouchers, but seems impossible to reach these people! Very frustrating!

Had the most beautiful 45-minute pregnancy massage with Kelly this morning. It was honestly the best pregnancy massage I have ever had, I wish I booked longer. We are only visiting the area but if we are ever back, I’ll be making it a priority to come back to Arabella. Amazing. Highly recommend.

Arabella day spa is a lovely beauty place. The staff are all wonderful and their Maui tan is the best.

Been to Arabella many times over many years & had wonderful experiences. Today I had a facial $120.00. I was so looking forward to it. However the therapist was 'there' but not there. Seemed totally disengaged in the process. Perhaps she's in training. If so, alot more mentoring & support is required. What a disappointment.

My daughter treated us wedding anniversary for a 75 minute Swedish massage. Massage was lovely and catered to what level of pressure they wanted. They use hot towel to wipe oil off after massage which was very nice. The ambience was relaxing and clean. They served hot tea and chocolate before and after and there was a balcony at the back to enjoy the view and drink. Staffs were polite.
Book in advance. Would come back to try it's signature spa!

Head to the village, ignore your gps. If you could see how relaxed my face is! So lovely, thks ladies hubby and I have really relaxed and connected with couples massage and champagne

This is a wonderful experience. From the initial greeting to the farewell. I cannot fault this beautiful place. Shakera was my beautician for a glorious 3 hours. I had the oceanic experience. I would recommend Arabella Day Spa to anyone who wants a perfect spa experience.

Lovely people, don't have to book heaps in advance which is awesome, got my eye lashes lifted for the the first time and I recommend getting it done for longer lashes!

Came here for a mini hens with the girls! So amazing. Best money we have ever spent! I can't believe how much relaxing they packed into our 90min package. They went above and beyond in both service, attitude and accommodating for our friend that was pregnant so we could all enjoy our visit. Thank you soooo much! We will be back asap
