ARA Building Services

The worst building service i ever seen or dealt with.it's a joke.
At 14 Loyalty rd, a roller door for our warehouse stopped working since Apr 23, till today never been fixed. First it was no parts, then they ordered the motor from China but delay in shipping, then they got the motor but its wrong one, after that the lies continue that the motor arrived but no kit, then after few weeks the kit arrived but we discovered it's wrong voltage.

This company is a joke

If i can do a 0 star i will do.

And on top of all of that, the lack of responsiveness

One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. Three separate no shows to jobs that were booked after months of trying to get technicians out. An inability to obtain simple parts required for the job and highly unskilled and rude technicians. Formal report made about their misconduct. Do not waste your time or money - go elsewhere!

One of the best building companies I have ever used. Great staff and top notch quality of work. Well done team!

If I could give you a zero star rating I would have. ARA building services are one of the most unprofessional companies I've dealt with. Little to no contact at all, don't show up to jobs, don't contact to cancel the job or to let the customer know they cant make it.
Don't bother wasting your time. Their pricing was exuberant but thought I had no other option. I found a company with much better work ethics. How the business is still running I have no idea.

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!
Dodgiest bunch of crooks I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, Was insurance claim & ARA supposedly "preferred contractor"? !? !? (not sure how much they paid for this but they were definitely not judged on quality of work or level of honesty). After insisting on an independent assessment of works was advised over 50% of approved works were either not completed correctly according to Australian Standards or were not done at all!
After having to relocate for 3mths last year whilst they said works were being done we now have to start the entire process again as they were totally dishonest, blatantly ripped the insurance company off and left our home not repaired with dangerous/poisonous levels of mould due to their unethical way of making money.
This business needs to be shut down immediately with Licence Holders held accountable for their criminal practices.
If you value your asset DO NOT USE under any circumstances
