AQUIFY POOLS

Very organised and pool schedule ran ahead of time and close to budget. I am happy with the final result and the pool looks like it was always part of the landscape which was my intention. Aquify returned to fix any outstanding issues which I appreciated as a customer.

Start to finish a decent experience with Aquify. The listen to wants and consult and advise on ideas and preferences. You get what you pay for and we have received a top level service and completed pool installation in a timely manner.

Horrendous customer experience. They’re communication skills are extremely bad. Non responsive to issues. The product wasn’t what we got and were subsequently told “it’s this or you wait 6 months” and were then offered a tiny discount. They promise so much and the delivery is extremely poor. Constantly being told that “it’s not our fault but we’ve got 100 pools to install” etc etc. I genuinely couldn’t say how frustrating this experience has been. There is also no after market care. No videos of how to use the filter or heater or cleaner etc etc.they simply just don’t care about repeat business. Their mentality seems to just be, get it done and move on. There is also no way of knowing what your excavation costs are. There is no evidence of how many loads are removed so at the end of the excavation we received an invoice for an extra $16k that we were not expecting or had budgeted for. Terrible experience all round.

We selected Aquify based on word of mouth recommendation from our friends who had used them, as always a little nervous about what we are going to get on a project like this - it turned out to be a very pleasant professional experience from the start to the finish - including post installation help for us when we got stuck on pool management activities.

We would highly recommend the team at Aquify and in particular our project manager Chris B who was absolutely awesome and responsive through the whole process. The associated trades that they recommended turned out to be equally professional and responsive.the whole process was well co-ordinated.
