Aquarius Car Wash Taree

It’s a car wash. It did what I needed and I left with a clean car.
It’s a manual car wash and it is in a good location.

*Update* Recieved a phone call back, a bay wash as well as an automatic wash, turning a frustrating experience into excellent customer service. Thank you.

I pulled up to the automatic car wash that was already in use. I paid $20 using card for the top wash cycle and obtained a receipt. Whilst waiting for cycle to end for person ahead, I noticed the machine stated the wash was unavailable and the computer rebooted and came back on. At this time, the wash finished and the person left. I headed into thr wash and nothing happened. I waited for approx 2 minutes for the wash to start at which time I drove out of the wash, sat in thr vacuum bay and called the number in the receipt and left a message. At this time, another user attended and went straight in and the wash commenced. I have now paid $20 for a wash that did not occur.

Busy time to come really.
But that's on customers not the business or staff.
And why block the use of washing bays to vacuum when there's another vacuum cleaner around the other side? Again, stupid bloody customers really.

Staff very helpful. I'm used to coming at night when there's no staff.or customers, but still got the job done.

Very tight turn to get out again, but I have one reverse gear, so I can still get out obviously, just annoying that's all.

No room for a larger car to pull out without running up the gutter or the dip back onto the road is sharp, scraps the front of the car.

0/10. The staff was rude to the lady in front of me, at 1st it didn't work, got him out there, then it ran water for 14 seconds and he said it was done. I hope she got her money back! I left without using it.

Went to only vacum the car as I was in a hurry, and went to 2 vacum stands both out of order had to go to a 3rd one to get one working. Also the garbage bins were overflowing, and there was an attendant.

Yes i go there fairly often not bad.if your travelling threw and want to get quick wash.the staff are very nice.

Kind service a bit of rubbish on the ground the gentleman did pack it all upit's a bit of a tight squeeze getting out of the car wash Box

I drive a people mover (small van). It was a really tight turn to get out of the lazer wash. The lazer wash itself was excellent! I appreciate not having to use coins as well! I'll be back!

Great for giving the car a wash especially when level 4 water restrictions are in place all the different washes that are available from self service to automated wash are great

Great car cleaning business.friendly staff with great knowledge on cleaning your precious transport.

Super clean and well maintained business. Vacuum time and the amount of soap dispensed appears less than others I've used. I actually think the soap had run out but wasn't staffed when i attended.

Rarely staff on hand at either car wash. Automatic wash usually closed. If your car is low you won't be able to get in or out without sideways & two runs (factory height sv6)

Payed good money for the best wash and it was a total waste of money only reason why you get 2 stars is cause the guy working there was super nice

Customer service: Non-existant. (Edit: Service attendants were there, they just weren't helpful or happy to have our business. They just gave us disinterested stares. & As brought up below, the angle of the exit to the street is a problem if you have low ground clearance.)
