Had a issue with a spa controller not working, Tim was able to talk me through the steps over the phone to reboot the system. Back to normal and a easy fix. Tim was great to deal with a asset to the work place. Cheers

Our spa bath pump stopped working. Tim turned up and fixed it within a few minutes. A rat had chewed the tube for start and stop for the pump. Tim was very professional and personable. Totally recommend Aqua Service

Jack and the team at Aqua service have been nothing but extraordinary in the sale of our spa. We live 300km away from Nowra and could have gone with our local Sapphire Spa, but their sales service was woeful.

2.5 years later, a part had failed and again the local Sapphire Spa franchise were useless. Jack and Cameron from Aqua Service did not hesitate to step in and help me diagnose the issues.

After few video calls with Jack on the weekend a new part was ordered and installed by me (with Jack’s assistance over the phone).

I would highly recommend the team at Aqua Services and would not hesitate to use them again!

I would like to say that our family has had excellent experience with Aqua Service for the last ten years. From regular servicing to attending to any issues, to their friendly helpfulness in the shop when buying parts, we have had nothing but the best from them. Highly recommended.

Initially I requested that my pool be cleaned for my recently purchased house. The service was done when I was not there. Afterwards I was advised that the pool needed a new Chlorinator device (the pool is about 3 years old), advice which I accepted. The pool was NOT cleaned and remained quite dirty. We then had bad weather for about 2 weeks rendering the water in the pool filthy. About a week later another service agent came and installed the new chlorinator. The older chlorinator was removed without my permission and I was given a quick and basic run through on managing the chlorinator (none of which I can remember). Nothing was done to clean the water or the sides of the pool. Roughly 2 weeks ago I sent an email advising that I was prepared to pay the $1300 for the new chlorinator upon return of the 'removed' chlorinator and the cleaning. The company acknowledged my email and advised they would respond. I have heard nothing since. I consider this type of customer care unacceptable and I cannot understand the lack of reasonable service. I hope it is not indicative of their normal practices.

Recently I posted a unflattering review of my experience with Aqua Service I am happy to advise that this company has done the right thing and spent time making sure that I could utilise the new Chlorinator. I'd say they went the extra mile and I can heartedly recommend them now. Thanks to Cameron, the boss and Jack who made sure everything worked out. Thanks guys.

Jack did all the plumbing and electrical work for our pool pump and was fantastic. Professional friendly helpful and answered all our questions. Came to Aqua service to get our mineral salt. Lisa was helpful and helped carry the six bags to the car. Lisa also answered more questions and gave me some advice. Anything to do with my pool and I will be coming here no matter what. A truly professional team.
