We absolutely love our Aqua Cooler. It was one of, if not the best purchases ever made for our home. The water tastes absolutely amazing. This is a fabulous Australian business. Very grateful for such gorgeous water.

I think it great. I have my filter sent to every three months. It all happens automatically once you set it up. So I don't have to remember when to order a new filter.
Freight is very expensive though, that's why I only give 3 stars. Otherwise would have got 5 star

Bought the oasis water cooler. Not going lie I was hesitant about buying this water cooler over the Woolworths one as it costed way more but it was worth it. Water cooler shuts off when the water is cooled to save power and still keeps the water cool. Water also tasts clean. Best purchase ever

Our twenty five plus year old Aqua water cooler died so we ordered from them again. Delivery was within three days. Although there was a hiccup in the order, I think it was Jordan, had it sorted to still receive our machine in that time. I originally ordered this to go in my music room for my music students but when it arrived my family loved it so much we decided to keep it! Makes Brisbane water taste SO much better and keeps us all drinking so much more. Quick delivery and easy install and just replaced the filter with no trouble too. You won't regret it.

I purchased an Aqua Cooler water cooler with refillable bottle for home. I loved it so much I've bought a second one for our office. I love not having to purchase water bottles. The cooler is a perfect size and doesn't take up much room. It is a quiet system and the water is a nice cold temperature which everyone is happy with. I recommend this highly.

During the recent (Jan2022) water taint issues that plagued SEQ, our water down here in Coolangatta tasted like it was fresh out of the drain. Thankfully, we have a refillable Aqua Cooler with filter. It removed all of the leaf litter taste and left us with clean, cold water. I'm a bit picky about water quality and Aqua Cooler really delivered. Really can't express my appreciation enough!:)
