Booked an appointment with the Genius Bar online yesterday for a screen repair, then attended my appointment twenty minutes early today, only to be told they were not able to repair my phone screen even though my scheduled appointment was for a phone screen repair due to only being 1.5 hours left of the working now, no where in my appointment email was I advised that they would only be able to repair the screen if the appointment was earlier in the day,
should this have been highlighted in my booking email I would not have wasted and hour of my time driving to the store, Apple should not allow screen repair appointments to be made at 3: 50pm if they are unable to repair the screen in the current working day.

I just wanted a band for my wifes Apple watch, the person at the front kept trying to push a worker on to me and make me wait. Can't I browse and look myself? The band selection process is horrible, too many bands don't fit the other models, no colour I wanted was in stock. I hate going in there. I know why I don't own apple products.

Wonderful service technicians and I don’t want to embarrass them but the senior female tech is wonderful. The sales types - except for the young woman who served me today who was the only nice person I’ve met there since about 2017 - are nincompoops and have been for years. The entitled 20 something with the attitude and pathetic beard who I first encountered needs a lesson in common courtesy and civility. Thankfully I managed to brush him and achieve what I set out to do.

Don't bother trying to get your iphone fixed any time soon with the new iphone just coming out! These so called water resistant iphones.my wife was told she had water damage to her front camera. She was initially quoted $300 to get it fixed and was happy to do so, left her phone for them to fix it only to come back 4 hours later to pick her phone up not fixed and quoted a further $700 because it has water damage which was initially discovered in the first place. They then offered to show her the new iphone. My wife took her phone and left. It's disappointing they can't help out their apple customers and would much rather prefer to scam them into buying more of their products instead.

I recently bought airpods from here and an hour later I found out that my dad already bought the same ones for me as a surprise. I had the receipt with me and I later came back to get a refund. Felt quite guilty tbh, but I was welcomed by Jess, who made sure the process was easy for me, and was very kind. She was very polite and friendly and was extremely helpful. Excellent service overall, and the person who sold me the airpods was also quite honest and approachable.

From the lovely young lady on the phone to the polite professional staff in the Penrith store I couldn’t be happier with the service. My issue was resolved immediately without any issues. I highly recommend them.

Oh the SERVICE was great BUT I GIVE UP 4 TIMES I HAVE BEEN GONE THERE KNOW AND MY IPAD IS STILL NOT WORKING AGAIN YES THE CAN START IT BUT I TRY AND NOTHING I TOLD THEM I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE ANOTHER BUT THERE EXCUSE IS THERE IS NOTHING WRONG HOW DEPRESSING THE CAN SEE THE WAY THE HAVE TOOOO TURN IT ON

We went to fix the mac book screen for my daughter. They said need to get appointment. I was so upset because my daughter need the mac book for study purposes. I tell them as well but they said even though need to get appointment.we are very busy whatever we have the time we can go there.it is unacceptable.we went last Thursday but still not fix yet.today I went to castle hill tower but not fix yet.

George showed outstanding customer service. He was very helpful when I confronted him about the problem I had and went above and beyond in resolving my issue. He is very knowledgeable in his field hence I highly recommend him to anyone that goes into Apple Penrith.

Had an issue with our 2.5 yr old ipad (which was out of warranty) and Dean and Josh were just so accommodating and fair in their options with us. I felt heard and valued as a customer. This situation could have easily been a negative one with an easy "too bad out of warranty" but we were very happy with the solution.

I will never buy another Apple product again my daughters laptop was not working so they told us it needed a part but was covered by warranty it would take 7 days
We received a phone call to advise when they took it apart they found a cockroach inside they would not put it back together called it a bio hazard and refused our warranty
Do not use this shop or their products they have left a young girl without a laptop about to start uni
We were left feeling dirty and made to feel disgusted

Horroble system. DO NOT BUY APPLE IPHONE. If you have windows computer, It would be nightmare to transfer you pictures.fail every time you try to transfer the data. I wont buy iphone 2nd time.

Great customer service as always. Apple repaired a MacBook Pro that was well out of warranty (4.5 years old) for free, discounted another MBP battery replacement plus replaced two 14 month old braided solo loop bands for me free of charge without a question. Premium prices for a super premium service. Won’t get that anywhere else

Apple makes and sells great products-no doubt about that. But customer service here in Penrith store was just awful. Booked an appointment, drove half an hour to replace battery for my iPhone. The guy refused to process the request because I was late for appointment by 25 mins. I was told to wait for three hours and come next day. Surely there is a better way to serve even when people are late by 30 mins or so (Sydney traffic).
