We never thought we’d actually be able to afford an Apollo Kitchen. When we walked through the door at the Erina showroom it was just to have a sticky beak. We were greeted by Jessica who was absolutely lovely. She was patient, helpful and we felt no sales pressure at all. By the time we got home we’d decided we may as well get a quote. Apollo was the third quote we received and it was the only company who could give us everything we needed/wanted without compromise AND it was the least expensive, even compared to a big chain hardware store that flat packs their kitchens. Jessica and her Erina team were so attentive to detail, offering advice and suggestions, and their professionalism was second to none. The kitchen arrived a week earlier than anticipated and it is beautiful. My builder husband is self-installing and everything fits to the millimetre. I cannot recommend the Erina Apollo team enough. They took the stress out of a big purchase and made the experience enjoyable.

Buyers Beware Nightmare experience and still not finished after 2 years, they promise the world and don't deliver. The deceit we experienced from this company was beyond appalling. Back in 2021 we invited the designer in our home. We wanted a complete remodel including opening up the space and adding a deck flowing out from the kitchen space and had them update our laundry. We were entrusting to have a high quality finish. Which never happen. Apollo highly recommended East Coast Construction who changed their name to East Coast Consultants, and we told they were builders and had all trades checks through Apollo to get any work from them. We had a builder lined up but decided if the builder and the kitchen company work together that will be a win. We had a few more discussions and then was advised by the kitchen designer that if we wanted a kitchen in by June 2022 we need to pay the deposit because it takes 10 to 12 week from start to finish. The builder Nick Rowe wasn't coming at all he kept saying he will be there in the morning and he would hear something. He did eventually send his carpenter who started on the deck. Well after months of only coming on site for an 1 or 2 each week we were desperate begging him. We took the matter to the department of fair trading and master builders association only to find out he was not a qualified builder only a carpenter and was working beyond his scope doing any of the work. We wrote to the owner of Apollo who completely ignored us. We thought he would help get the kitchen completed and again promised that they would make up for all the delays. It's been over 14 months and the kitchen is still not finished. The last time anyone contacted us from Apollo was November 2022 it's now close to March 2023. We were expected a high quality luxury kitchen and the have an unfinished kitchen, they actually had sacked Nick Rowe who installed kitchens for them for not completing eork before he was even recommended to us. There is lighting we paid still not working. We had to reduce the size of a section of the kitchen and instead of price reducing we were charged $4000 more. The design would walk off and ignore us when we try to question why the difference in price then a sales man in the showroom stepped in and said she made a mistake and undercharged us in the beginning. I also questioned her why she referred Nick the carpenter who was supposed to be a builder to us and she became very upset with me. She then walk away and decided not to work woth us anymore. We have had other work going on at the time and all the tradies who shocked how both the carpenter and the kitchen company were treating us. Their own tradies said its impossible to get them to return calls. There were so many hiccups it's too long to write everything here. First check all builders credentials we trusted this kitchen company and we can't even get Actually the tradies who witnessed our shoddy treatment have been so supportive and they found us other tradespeople to come in and finished work. There is still work to finish and if you want your sanity to survive this isn't the company to deal with. A final note a neighbour was walking past and asked what are we have renovated I told her our kitchen and bathrooms. Her daughter has a kitchen being installed by them too and going through the same nightmare. We had 6 dates of delivery and again they wanted to cancel. Our kitchen did not get install until November. It's was the worse experience of renovations I have ever experienced.

We started talking to them about a renovation in November 2021. We paid a deposit of $2580 in December 2021 after the quote.we had to call them multiple times. We had to call them to give us a quote. We had to keep asking for an update.
They chose not to return a single call, any/all contact was initiated by us.
We paid 10% deposit 14/12/2021 after we agreed on the design and settled on a price with options the contract completely ceased, no phone call or any update for 8 months.
We decided to request a refund in July of 2022. Head office kept told us “you will be paid today…. Or… More likely tomorrow… or perhaps…. It Will come in a few days…. Or today, or at end of the week”
(We didn’t get any money back)

After 2 months we had to ask our lawyer to step in.
When the lawyer sent a court summons it took just 3 days and we finally got our refund, after 10 months since initiating the project
We have lost a lot of interest and we have no confidence in this company.

Very Unhappy with their services, initially things started out good but after the quote was approved and they took our deposit things went radio silent.

After multiple attempts to contact apollo we finally heard from them after 3 months and then again, silence, after 8 months and many more phone calls we had lost so much confidence in the organisation that we cancelled the project and went looking for a another supplier that was more professional and attentive. Unfortunately, that is not the end of the saga because it's now been 10 months and despite multiple promises and guaranteesfrom multiple people, we have yet to see a cent of our deposit returned to us and it's still impossible to get a phone call returned with any smidge of open communication or even the hint of an attempt to give us an update.

We have effectively run out of options and have no idea where to turn because even though we have been told for 2 months that our money will be returned and that apollo has admitted they dropped the ball, we still keep getting ignored. It's become so bad that we have had to retain legal representation just to get our deposit back which seems ridiculous to me.

Don't give this company your money, once they have their hands on your cash you can kiss the good service they demonstrate before you approve the job goodbye. No one should have to fight to get a deposit returned, I wouldn't be surprised if I'm told they are bankrupt soon which is why they don't return our cash.

Our dealings with Apollo Kitchens over the past 3 months has been a very stressful time. There unprofessionalism and lack of communication has made the dream of a new kitchen a nightmare. At the check measure of our Kitchen we were told by the supervisor "This will be an easy one". The Kitchen was delivered on the 29th July, 2020. Alas, it had been measured wrong from the onset, panels painted on the wrong side, lights not where they were supposed to be, kick plates falling out and doors hung upside down. Being told tradesman were coming at 7.30am and being rang at 9am to tell us there not coming. No apologies and no communication whatsoever? We were told things would be rushed through for us and 3 months later we are still waiting on a fully completed kitchen.

I am not sure which staff member you mean, I am yet to hear from anyone.

End product is good, but the process took weeks longer than expected. Get your subcontractors in order because they are bringing your business down.
