NO NOT Recommend, terrible service, poor workmanship.

From start to finish Apollo Kitchens were very professional in my full kitchen renovation, I was very surprised compared to other quotes the price difference for the same thing and the quality and installation was perfect, staff were always nice and nothing was to much trouble for them I would recommend them for anyone looking for Kicthen renovation I’m so happy with what they have done for me thanks Apollo you run a good company well done and made my life stress free.

By far this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company! We opted to have our kitchen completed by Apollo because they were supposed to be a reputable company and we were on a strict timeline to have our house renovations completed, so we thought they would be respectful and understanding of this. Of the million tradies we dealt with during the course of the reno, I have never seen anything like the in professionalism, false promises and poor quality work of Apollo!

The quality of the work the subcontractors Apollo uses is atrocious, these guys just slapped this kitchen on and left in a hurry, leaving it in a disgusting state. It was evident how rushed they were, as the workmanship was sloppy and there were a multitude of errors - there is absolutely no quality control with Apollo. Our kitchen was not completed anywhere near on time, and when following up with Apollo, we’d be given multiple false promises of updates which would amount to nothing. It was impossible to get the name of the person in charge and despite asking for this, we were unable to escalate to anyone internally.

Our kitchen was a simple one which should have been very easy for Apollo to complete, however a few days out from our wedding and the kitchen was still incomplete, almost 6 weeks after the original installation date! Because it was incomplete, the majority of the tradies we had lined up to work on the house were unable to start, so it really held us up.

There was zero acknowledgement by Apollo of the errors made, the sloppy installation work, the delay in completing the kitchen - completely unprofessional and atrocious customer service.

My recommendation would be to go directly to a joinery business if you’re looking for a new kitchen.

I'm new to kitchen reno's I went into Apollo kitchens one day and met Kurt he was the most fantastic professional person I ever met! He had the patience and time he was wonderful to talk to very pleasant and took his time to show and explain things to me that is simple and yet informative about kitchens. I would highly recommend Kurt if you ever need a kitchen done and also it was value for money it turn out to be for a premium kitchen. Thank you Kurt for all of your support and great help:)

Bad service. Guy there was rude and unprofessional and continued eating his food at his desk instead of offering to help us. I feel sorry for the owner that relies on this staff member to bring them sales. We were ready to purchase but won’t be returning.

Very helpful and the salesmen took his time went through everything and gave us samples to get used to prior to deciding. This was very helpful because after looking at a bench sample over and over you can really determine if you like. Professional, polite and pleasant

Kurt from the Apollo showroom in Smithfield has been a pleasure to work with as we finalise our kitchen design. Kurt’s professionalism and consideration for our suggestions, matched with his expertise, have been greatly appreciated. My husband and I would be categorised as “research shoppers” get all the facts, understand what’s involved before a final decision is made, so thank you Kurt for understanding the shopper we are and giving us the space to consider our appliance and floor covering requirements before finalising our decision. Kurt at Apollo Kitchens Smithfield was very helpful from responding to my emails to setting up an appointment face to face to discuss my kitchen Renovation.
As a single person renovating a kitchen for the first time, it was very reassuring to have all my questions answered and possibilities opened up.highly recommend.

The main issue is the people there dint show any interest, offer no advice. Talked rudely when we said we don’t have appointment. We dint know that prior appointment is required. It’s ok for us to come back later, but this is not the customer service we expect from a company like this.

Thank you for my lovely new kitchen and bathroom vanity. My experience with Apollo was fantastic from the early design phase to final completion - everything was done to our complete satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Sarah and the team at Smithfield.

These guys will deliver quality at an affordable price. From our initial meeting with Ross to picking design and colours etc with Renee - everything was professional and courteous. Even the delivery and installation was great as I had them change a few things, it all went smoothly. Highly recommend these guys - would use them again.
