I found the staff to be very helpful and understanding, the only problem I had was it was hard to be contact when I couldn't attend an appointment

It'd be great if the consultant I have been trying to reach would, you know, actually pick up the phone when my payment is on hold? It's already frustrating enough that homelessness is dangled over my head if I don't meet these arbitrary requirements that never lead to anything. Now my payment has been suspended despite calling to say I couldn't make my appointment, then trying to get in touch with a specific provider for three days straight. Mitchell, pick up your phone!

Useless at “helping” you. They do nothing. Appointments are walk in for 5 seconds walk out 20 later, complete waste of my time i would have been better off just doing it on my own

Medical exemption ran out. Couldn't see doctor for a week apm insisted on making an appointment for me and threatened to breach me if I didn't agree they admitted that even though I'd be submitting an exemption the next day they insisted on doing a job plan which wouldn't even count once the medical exemption was submitted. The woman handling me was Taylor and she was incredibly rude and pushy. Not caring about there so called clients at all. I've made a formal complaint and I'd recommend staying away from apm.
