My legit experience!? They are Scammer! Liars! From day 1, they will force u to take thier own courses (to make money. They will threat you to cancel payments? **Remember, check you obligation list. U are Not! Asked to do courses for first 6 months. 2ndly. U are supposed to even report 20 40 jobs a month. For 1st month. AMP were racist, bullies, will make fun of u and than offer courses.to make money. Staff is highly uneducated.they will mislead and lie to you to get you on courses. Make sure u ask them to email you! Whatever they claim or ask you to do! Trust me.they will run away because they dont want to be reported.they have been putting people on courses. Unprofessional and uneducated greedy officer. She lied to me about rules, obligations and policies. I suggest everyone to double check with government websites.or they will use you to make $$$$

Disgusting experience, they don't take disability/mental illness seriously and will try to give you unsuitable jobs. On top of that, they are non stop contacting an emergency number I provided yet I've flat out told them I don't want them contacting me. They've resorted to sending me nurmerous unsolicited emails from job search sites and send letters to all my listed adresses. LEAVE ME AND MY FAMILY ALONE

APM Ryde is the worst employment and disability service in Australia ever. Their words embed serious insulting and ignorance with breaching the jobseekers' human rights.
These staffs are not trained at all and even do not understand what the jobs are about. The Workfoce Australia better cancel their license to secure the Australian human rights for jobseekers!

A serious wonder how these people got this job here. Such a waste of time where they dont know what they are doing and always have to ask other colleages to explain to me and to give out tasks. Also my payment got stopped from not attending appointment where they just didnt care to reschedule my appointment and repeating over with nonsense. Never get phone call neither calling back especially for reschedueling, lack of problem solving, no communication skills at all think I might be a much better employee then them. Pathetic, insolent, arrogant disorganised people. Oh! They dont care bout your time but they keep their precious one hour lunch break and never reply to you. And am changing my provider.

A serious wonder how these people got this job here. I am looking for a job and they are helping me to find a job BUT I know much better than they know what to do.

Really disappointing that this is meant to be an employment agency for disability support and those who struggle with disabilities and mental health.
Joe was my provider and has been hard to talk to, the first time I went in and saw him he made me feel rushed and like I couldn't explain my conditions with him, I tried to talk to him about studying and what employelment I'd consider as I have a goal I'd like to achieve and work towards.
Since then I've only been told the day before when I have an appointment with Joe and often can't attend as I have other appointments or can't get transport to see him.
Yesterday 10/08/22 I called 3 times to try a reschedule an appointment for today as I've had a flu and gastro, I finally got connected with a lady who made me feel absolutely horrible that I couldn't attend and that I couldn't reschedule as wasn't doable, I asked for a phone consult and was told that's not something that can be done, I was told I'd have to make an appointment and the days I was given just weren't suitable with my current appointments and transport. I felt really pressured and horrible about my circumstances, so much so I had a big mental breakdown due to the way I was spoken to.
Finally Joe called me back and agreed to a phone consult.
He called this morning and again I felt rushed, judged and as if I couldn't have a chance to talk about what I was going through.
I later texted him about my health conditions and things I've been wanting to talk about. He's called me after and used such a harsh tone with me, couldn't talk to me like I was an equal, had to justify his position, said it was because of me I haven't started studying and when I said I was feeling attacked he kept blaming me and that's not what he was doing when his whole demeanour was agitated and angry towards me.

The staff here have no training on how to communicate with people with mental illness and can't mediate or change their behaviour to understand where clients are coming from. It's honestly so sad. I won't be returning to Ryde APM as the whole thing has been a horrible and traumatising experience. Highly do not recommend.

This company is a joke. Their new hired staff working for Workforce Australia don’t know what they are doing. Their location manager believes Department of Education, Skills and Employment contracted their company to police the job seekers and job seekers should be educated by them once per fortnight (compulsory interview appointment enforced by them). If you call their customer line to ask to change the appointment time, their customer service will only forward it to your case manager. Usually, your case manager will not be available and you will be told they will call you back. Guess what, they will never call you back. If your case manager happens at the office and received your call, he will tell you he will ask his manager to talk to you, then his manager will be at meeting and can’t talk to you now but will call you back as soon as possible. Guess what, his manager will never call you back. If you keep calling their customer line and finally the location manger talks to you, he will tell you that he will change to another appointment time for you and hang up. Guess what, your appointment time will not be changed. Then on the day, you will receive a message from them “your payment may be put on hold in the next 2 business days”, then you will get “1 Demerit You did not attend your appointment with your provider” on your Workforce Australia home page. Dealing with this company you will find you’re dealing with a machine, which talks politely but doing nothing and all your requests will be ignored because their staff simply don’t know how to handle your request.
