I have engaged with Suzanne to find the best candidates for my centres and she has been nothing but wonderful. Very attentive, constant follow ups, listens to my requirements and tried to match it. I am very happy with her service and really recommend her! Will definitely use her services again.

Seriously annoying and unprofessional, they harassed me, continuously calling in the beginning and still continue to send messages about appointments now when I haven't been with them for more then 6months! I have made it clear that I am not participating anymore yet they continue to want to call and message about appointments!

I lost my job during the first round of covid lockdowns in 2020 and have found it almost impossible to find a job ever since, exacerbated by being aged over 50 and a single dad of a toddler. APM Rockdale have been very helpful in finding me work and training courses after being unemployed for over 2 years, but i would like to give a special mention to Sue Sayyas who has been been my case manager for the past year so, and been responsible for most of the help APM has given me.

My first two case managers at APM were not bad, but also didn't help me much in finding a job or giving advice for finding one, or advising what training courses I could do, etc. This still made APM better than average because they mostly let me do my thing with little interference, and were helpful enough when I prompted them. This is quite unlike other job service providers I've had in the past who actively (or passively) tried to get me into trouble when I neglected to do enough job searches, or missed appointments etc

After about a year without issues (or a job) with APM, Sue Sayyas took over my case and things got much better. Sue knows her stuff back to front and always advised me of everything I needed to do to meet Centrelink's criteria. She gave me lots of useful advice on what sort of work I might be interested in and what sort of courses I could do to help me achieve that. She listens to what I say and helped support my own initiatives and ideas. I enquired about doing a course that was outside APM's usual scope and not easy to book, but she somehow found a place close to my home and booked me in.

Prior to my most recent course she found me an online training course I could do from home last year (2021). This year (2022) she found me three jobs when there wasn't much I could find for myself. The first two were part time temporary ones, and I wasn't pressured into accepting them or staying with them, and she made sure they were the kind of work I'd be happy to do before putting me forward for the interviews.

Because of her latest efforts I have just started a new job at a great place that she found for me and got me the interview, and whether or not it works out (I think it will but I don't want to jinx it) I cannot thank Sue Sayyas and APM Rockdale enough for all their help in getting me trained and employable again.

Rubbish job provider. Force you to go there to do job search on the spot by making appointment. This nasty behavior makes job seekers lives even harder during COVID 19 pandemic. Remember, we are disability people, we should be respected. No matter how many times government announced COVID 19 had passed, It would still have severe impacts on disability people.

We need to disclose such issue on social medias rather than lodge a complain (government department doesn't care). Such witch (their manager) shouldn't get her annual bonus

Having gone through redundancy and so many lows, I was introduced to really awesome people from APM who’ve been patient to listen to my situation, diligent in trying to and eventually getting me back into employment that suited my situation, grateful to all, and heartfelt gratitude to Nadia, really kind and professional, thank you so much.

Pick them for my new starter center link career support as they were next door to me. Schedule phone appointments with them for 3 times. Did not get called in any of the scheduled time, only receive a rescheduled message every time in the day after scheduled call.
I even called back to receptionist. She can't speak English well and don't know what's going on. She can only schedule more call for me.

Then i receive a letter told me I'll no longer get paid by center link as i miss all my appointments. The letter mentioned they were on-site appointments. Call centre link, center link operator suggested most of appointments should be online/phone these days rather than on-site due to covid.

As required by letter, i called back. APM finally told me that i should come in and sign the initial documentation with them to open my account. And that's the first contact after 9 weeks i lost my previous job which i already get offer for my next job but not yet started.

APM insist i should not take/accept my new offer until i sign the initial document with them and they want to spoke with my NEW employer. Which i found it is a joke and refuse to do so.

Then of course as expected my new starter payment get cut off. Glad centre link operator called me back around 1 month later. Explain the story and they give me additional payments till i start my current job.

The staff at apm are very lazy and often lie. Did not call you at all, and the content of the email is inconsistent. The company management has a problem. Can't help you find a job. Employees need long-term training to improve their work attitude. The government is wasting a lot of taxpayers' money in such companies. It should be closed, and the money should be used to help more places in need.

Must have had 2 years in some stints with them up to 2021. Maria Kalabalis, Barbara Salgado, Annie Papageorgiou, Arjun Mullick, Kripa and then Alexandra Erhardt: they did me a solid. Help with resume review, a place to fax + print + copy from, vocational licence fundings, and onboarding costs when starting a new gig (completing inductions, required uniform, some fares).

Note: Telstra signal is received in this office but not Vodaphone reliably. Have to run out onto Frederick St to check messages / get reception / for the other party to hear you.

Near 7-11 and the al-Hidayah Masjid on the Western side of Rockdale railway station.

I was fortunate enough to have a great supportive team member, Igor. He kept all appointments on schedule, tracked my progress, provided advice on jobs and interview sessions and how to follow up on applications. In addition to constantly giving that sense of encouragement to keep pushing myself and my resume in the working world. As well as trying to find a position that matched my skill set. Thank you!

APM Employment team has always been very supportive in my bad times.
Especially "Paromita De" who has always been there to help me suggesting appropriate jobs. By this review I would just like to thank her for taking efforts for me. I really appreciate her hard work she takes for an individual. Because of Paromita i will definitely recommend APM.
