I have never seen a provider agency treat their customers in such a horrible and dehumanizing manor until I came to APM Lake Haven! To speak to your customers and yell at them in front of other customers is disgusting, Amanda! Couldn't even have the brains to pull him aside from everyone else to make him still feel like a human and valued. This poor young man came into your site for his appointment, to be verbally abused by your own staff for not applying for jobs for your employer wanted him to! The young man said he applied for others and you had the audacity to then say this wasn't good enough. That he was self sabotaging his chances of work. What a joke! He has come in and showed you that he is willing to find something that is suitable to his condition. Yet, your employment consultant, Amanda then proceeds to threaten him and say she is cutting off his payments and saying he "did not attend" his appointment. That poor man didn't know what to do then and stayed there, I felt so sorry for him and tried to comfort him since your employers didn't care what they did at all. APM you are setting an example of what to expect if we job seekers choose you to be our provider, that if we choose you, that we will be embarrassed, humiliated and dehumanized.
DO NOT USE APM LAKE HAVEN!

My partner Greg minors has been with apm for a long time. He has a lot of issues with health problems. Apm have been very supportive helping him with truth times. Without there support he would have lost all hope in the system.

To Whon It may Concern.

I walked into your Lake Haven office in May of this year feeling very low, worthless and just at a complete loss.
I had had a very bad experience with a lady in another job provider employer service office and honestly felt it would happen again no matter where I went and with who I went with. It was like I was looked down upon for not having a job when it was covid that had taken not only one job away from me when first it happened in 2020 but also happened again with a new job I found in 2021. I was felt to feel very negative about myself and that nothing I did was right.
The day I arrived at your office, I had just found out that I had no job again due to reasons out of my control. My mood was very low and I just was in a bad place. I was assigned with Kristy Browman-Payne. First thoughts of Kristy was "Bubbly". She asked something along the lines of 'How can I help? " Honstly with all going on at that moment I don't remember word for word what was said but when I talked, Kristy listened and through my tears and hearing all I said Kristy knew I needed something new and to find myself again. Kristy talked about talking on a course. I did need something new and that sounded great. Kristy asked questions and heard my answers and in no time at all Kristy had applied on my behave for me to take part in a Certificated III in Business course. I think within a day or two I got the called from Kristy that I had been approved to take part and on the 26th of May I started. Each week Kristy rings to check in. I know this is part of her job she to do but with her help I am starting to find me again. Yes Kristy is bubbly but she is so much more. Without her listerning to me and taking in what I say or just showing that she cares or without her postive outlook on everything I would not have been able to start to turn my life around.
Kristy is a great asset to your team. This job is so right for Kristy. I wouldn't be where I am today without Kristy and her bubbly way. She not only listens but she hears what I have to say and to be heard and treated like a person is powerful to someone that is at their lowest. I say Thank you to Kristy every time she calls and I say Thank you to APM for having Kristy as part of your team.

My job provider is Christian,
Christian has gone above and beyond for me, always suggests jobs I would enjoy and understands if I say no to particular jobs. He is very understanding of my situation and does his best to help me out. Normally I would be afraid to pick up the phone but Christian is very easy to talk to and always asks where my head is out. Above all he is a very helpful and professional.
I would recommend him to anyone needing assistance finding a job.
Thank you Christian for all your help and the help you will continue to do.
