The phone is never answered, staff will often call hours later than scheduled for appointments. The business has been of no assistance to me finding a job.

APM Employment consultants have been very helpful in guiding me to get a job in my Fifties. The only thing that I would say could have improved my job search is better training in cover letters and writing customised Resume's which targets that specific industry; since I have numerous skills.

Today, just now actually, for the first time I decided to approach the APM Chatswood branch to make use of their utilities and services.

Having a reasonably lengthy relationship with APM in Brookvale, I am aware of their available facilities, services and overall customs which they uphold within the APM business model.

It is to my reasonably firm understanding that within this model the general jist (at least partially) is - As I am currently a registered job seeker within this employment network, I am eligible to use each and every employment centre that APM facilitates. This includes being able to make use of their facilities, services and utilities.

Unfortunately I was quite let down in my experience with Chatswood APM branch as the internet connection was down when I attempted to use the computers available. Also, I was informed by a staff member that this is an ongoing issue. To my disappointment this highlights a major ongoing issue which is yet to be seen to.

It is rather hard to achieve employment goals when the service is so limited. I highly suggest that this be seen to by management as I know I'm not the only job seeker who has come across this issue with the APM service.
