Had my payments cut twice despite meeting job plan and attending appointments, zero communication on their part, every attempt I’ve made to call them ever have failed and have had to fix their problems on my end on my own…
I now have 2 demerits to my name thanks to this lot, I would give them zero stars but google wouldn’t let me.

What a joke of a place! I have been trying to get through but no.one ever answers the phone, no voicemail to leave a message no one ever calls you back when you ring the general number and even they couldn't get through. It's a joke! Same thing several months ago and I received a strike because of their incompetence!

The level of service appears very poor The office is showing open at 930 am but the phone is not answered and there is no message bank
When you reply to automated sms messages the reply is that the system is busy and call back later

Um, first impressions last and the first impression I had of this place was of the mobiles on the desks were more important than listening to person opposite, should u get sent here, make sure U check the name on the bottom of the job plan because they tried to get a client to sign someone else's one, I actually saw a client run as fast as her legs would carry her away from this place, especially when the staff member said we can do this the hard way or the easy way!
Needs alot of work especially in people management cos like every work place its the people that make it a success
