My job search provider at APM Burwood has been very helpful trying to help me find a job. His name is Cameron and is one of the best person in the office actually helping me.

Cameron at APM is amazing, he shared knowledge of things that helped me step into voluntary work successfully & hopefully leading to paid work. He made everything easy to access and simple to do! He is very encouraging! He deserves a raise! God bless Cameron:)

Pushy, unprofessional, disrespectful and unhelpful. Only seem to be concerned with churning you through so they can get paid by the government.

Had an appointment at 12: 30, waited until 12: 50 before I decided to leave as I wasn't able to get a hold of contact (Edmond). Upon arrival I wasn't greeted for some time and was instead stared at by the employees working near the door. Incredibly unprofessional as I was asked to come to his office on my own time / dime.

Couldn't believe the unprofessionalism. Perhaps they can get away with it as the people coming there are desperate and don't want to jeopardize their chances at employment. Fortunately I'm in a financial position where I could walk away and challenge the poor service I received.

I have informed my worker three times now that I found employment (without assistance, I didn't find the worker helpful at all) and after reassuring me each time that they would cancel my future appointments and notify Centrelink, I continued to receive notifications that I had failed to attend appointments. I am so sick of this service - contacting them literally results in no change. Seek assistance elsewhere!

Unfortunately since changing their name and moving their office in the same buildings, the other 5 star reviews go unnoticed.

Im so happy with the service provided by apm. I really have to thank Harpreet Kaur for get me my current job.she was so amazing and intelligent.she upgrades my skills and I became permanent staff only in 2 weeks after joint the work.she is the best person with lots of ideas. Once again thank you so much Harpreet Kaur.

Don't read the other commitments cause they are clueless people.

The staff at burwood are magic, polite, helpful and go above and beyond for you to move forward in your life.
I'm probably the hardest person to deal with and the service I got was beautiful.
Once the staff see you want help, they work there magic and just make things happen.

Big shout out to Samer cheikho from Burwood APM, he never gives up, even when I stuffed him around, he's just a gentleman and a genuine person who wants to see YOU better your whole life.

If u need assistance be prepared for the space cadet/ anxious receptionist that is air head and complains.

Bad service since the amazing Christina left. I feel unsupported and this place is uncontactable half the time. I hope to see improvement and I'll happily change my rating.

Few consultant working and dont know what do. They ignoring all clients and unresponsible. Most consultants are asian origins.
