They will allow you to be employed in positions where they will not pay you award rates. They don't really care about what you want or what you would like out of the position, just that you finally have a job so they don't have to deal with you anymore.
I am seriously concerned at the state of this place, and seriously hoping no one has put their children into this company unless they feel like being stepped on like a doormat. Even after new staff there has been 0 improvement.
