The attitudes of the staff are disgraceful. Their complete ignorance to disabilities is horrible. Don't use them unless you want nothing but frustration.
Emily Wiechmann ignores clients and doesnt offer any support ive been with this rehab facility over a month with her and shes not contacted me. There call centre staff are rude and hang up on you of you wish to complain and record phone calls without consent this company is rubbish and emily is a complete shame to the industry.
