I can't praise the staff in here highly enough, they're punctual with appointments, they're sympathetic to my struggles and always do their best to make the best of a bad situation.

Clientele are always going to be hard to please in any business, well this type of business just has unrealistic expectations from customers that staff will never be able to achieve.

Leaving a review on behalf of my friend I was in there waiting when they seen him and it was pretty simple they only have about 2 disability workers but the one they report to seems very mean and doesn't seem to care at all and the ones who helped him seemed very strange she was saying how she can be crazy and telling him jobs that she wants him to get so she can get cheaper items it was very bad and the other said she is new and doesn't know how to use a computer but says she's been with job networks for 15 years

I'm new to disability and this was my first job network I went in without an appointment and it was ok they told me they want to get me a job in a field I like and walked me through a lot of questions on the system but my 2nd and 3rd appointments were horrible I told them about my anxiety and depression and they just shrugged it off and basically told me to deal with it and the lady who was helping seemed very rude and unhappy like she didn't want to work there at all I have only ever seen 2 lady's work with the disability part but both of them are pretty bad one has no computer skills and one is very inappropriate and seems very up herself

If you suffer from anxiety or depression or any other barrier please pick another job network the people at apm wyong won't give information they won't look for jobs around your skills and they won't care about your barrier these people get paid to sit at a desk and print some paper but people like you and me have to struggle trying to get a job to support ourselves and family's but they don't care

Change to this job provider not long ago hoping they wouldn't help me after I got approved to be on disability but they treat you horribly and act like you can just get over your disability and the jobs they apply for haven't been good at all and the lady's there are like 45 years old can't use technology at all and down right force you to apply for jobs that you can't do

If I ever have to deal with Simone again, I'll pursue another job agency and make an official complaint.

ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS company that doesn't make one iota of an effort to help and every effort to hinder you in helping you search for jobs.
I can name one good staff member in here but haven't got anything pleasant enough to say about the rest of them. Sure my behaviour wasnt exactly perfect but my patience, goodwill and faith has its limits and you expended all of it.

In response to another review on here claiming "cento bums on here" have no ambition and/or drive to find a job and its not a job agency's responsibility to find you a job.
(a) Staffing agencies are responsible for assisting clients in finding good candidates for their job opportunities.
(b) Recruiters are responsible for using the telephone and Internet to identify strong candidates for their clients
(c) To be successful in this business, staffing agencies hire good recruiters.

Dear APM Wyong, next time you try to slander your clients through getting your friends to write your personal biased propaganda for you (An attitude I've recieved from a person in this company), make sure they're not dumb enough to be EASILY refuted by a simple job description for Job Agencies:).

One more thing before I go, I know I mentioned it in person today, but if I find one more review on here that personally slanders my name or you divulge ANY of my details to ANY third party that isn't lawful, I will take you to court and sue you and if at all possible the reviewer him/herself with civil and/or criminal charges.

I love the reviews on hear about cento bums complaining they don't have jobs because they're not handing out you need to actually have drive and ambition to get a job
Respect this company my friend went to apm becuse he had disabilitie barriers and they found him a place within the week!
It's not their job to get you a job it's their job to give you resources and information and find employers

Their job is to literally help you get a job, yet barely keep in touch with their clients. Not impressed.
