Returning a call would be great, answering the phone would be even better.
Not 5 minutes after completing an appointment, I received a message that I didn't attend. Have 2 business days to rectify, however no-one will answer the phone or return my calls. And the revolving door of consultants who don't hand over information is appalling

These APM people business are toxic liars, not to be trusted. Choose another organisation.

I am very happy, they helped me a lot. Tanvir and Bill helped me a lot while I was with them, they are excellent at what they do.

Not liking the services provided by this company to be honest. For example, they expect me, a person with Aspergers syndrome. To complete a difficult warehouse course with little to no support whatsover. I don't think these people even know what Asbergers is. I need support, why isn't anyone helping? I had a mental breakdown, and even self harmed over the long weekend. Trying to figure this course out. Even the coaching calls aren't very helpful either. I have a mental disability I can't process all this information. Why can't anyone understand that? I want to quit this course really badly, because it's dangerously affecting my mental health. But I can't, because I'm kind of forced into it. How can I comply to your terms if you won't take the time to provide the proper support needed for me to complete this course and help me find a job? It's unacceptable.

I am yet to get a call back from them, just received a message saying my payments have been paused as I have not complied. It would help if they returned my many calls.

Matt, is an absolute sweetheart. Genuine, kind and patient - not what I was expecting in a world normally occupied by soulless bureaucrats - these guys are lovely!
