I was misled to believe that this service is a disability employment provider, but it became evident within 30 minutes that nobody in this office possesses any training or willingness to support individuals with disabilities.

Staff are unprofessional, uninterested, uncaring, and unsympathetic to those with disabilities; they prioritize ticking boxes and collecting money over client care.the woman i was assigned to is named Dua

If you want to dole bludge, and do the bare minimum in your life, APM is great in that case i’d give them 5 stars. But if you are like me and actually want to overcome your disability and do something worthwhile with your life i’d give these undesirables the widest birth possible.

Workers dont answer their phones almost ever.my job provider said she’d help with my resume so i emailed it, even texted her about it and havent heard anything for a month.legit a joke.whenever u go to a meeting theyre all sitting there chatting

Extremely disappointed with being told lots of false facts, Consultant not at office consistently and did not turn up to meetings arranged at “workplace”. Ongoing problems with being paid not addressed by consultant. I really want to work with a friendly workplace so I could meet new friends my age as I am new to Sydney and this did not happen spent all my time in a room with no windows.

Disgusting and unhygienic. The walls look filthy with scuff marks, chipped paint and blu tack left on blank cream walls. Walking through the entry way you’re instantly hit with the smell of mildew from the drink fountain. The front desk is usually left vacant during mornings and staff seem to chat and have idle conversations instead of sorting out the clients and checking them in. More than often you’re met with judgment upon entering.
