All they care about is getting money from the government for their contacts. No help at all to find work or training. Do not recommend at all!

So far I have had my benefit suspended due to not keeping an appointment.
I received notification for the meeting and it didn't state in office or by phone, I presumed phone which was wrong. I called my case worker 5 times over 3 business days and not one call returned but they suspended my benefit.

I was told my next appointment is 15 March, the week before I have received 2 SMS advising I have a phone appointment and the second SMS advising I have a in person appointment 7 March at exactly the same time. How do they expect a client to know what to do so not to be suspended.

The unemployed do not need added stress due to incompetent services outsourced by the government.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I don't know how the people working here sleep at night. Constantly dodging calls and trying to cut off your payments

Absolutely terrible. They didn't pick the phone and always misses the phone appointments of my job seeker requirement. I'm afraid it could impact my payments but they never answer me back.

That there are over 20 one star reviews/complaints about this office should be enough - and please note the comments come from both jobseekers and the companies with which they're being placed.
The managing consultant of the branch lacks the language and social skills to provide the services it should. Her manner is haranguing and just disrespectful.
Even the condition of the office is disgrace - graffiti smeared in the entrance hall - obviously from yet another dissatisfied client - and a waiting room/kitchen area that's often filthy, containing dead cockroaches and just unkempt.
APM should note the damage being done to its brand by this site. Or maybe they just don't care either. Appalling.

They had only called me once for an initial appointment and never called me when i had received messages for scheduled phone appointments!? ! They are useless

Can't even reach this place on the phone to change one's appointment time or to confirm it. You only get an answering machine saying the message bank is full. Secondly, they can't even keep the appointments that THEY schedule. Not once. Not ever. This is a total joke.

LISA is horrible! She's hostile and has no patience, I probably would be too if I worked by myself In this alleyway of an "office". I had been trying to call the office (OR ANYONE) for 2 weeks to sort my accidental payment suspension and discovered this is an employment office that doesn't employ someone to answer the phone. THEY ARE LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT.which Lisa admits but APM HQ, Centrelink and NEIS are unaware of this so you're constantly given a useless number to contact.

I'd have a little more tolerance if this was government funded agency but it's privately owned by an equity group, they don't care if people are looked after here, you're just a hassle for them. HOW IS THIS AN OPTION FOR PEOPLE TO FIND WORK WHEN THEY CANT EVEN DO THEIR OWN JOB!

Please, if you are on the Newstart allowance, avoid this place at all costs. You have the capacity to change your job provider at any moment either at a centre or online and don’t let them convince you that you are ‘assigned to them’ and don’t have the option to move.
I was assigned to them and discovered quickly that my needs would not be taken into account whatsoever. My understanding is that they have a financial incentive to find a job for you as soon as possible without any regard for you. I am currently studying part-time and live with mental health issues. It was not only impossible for me to work full-time with my compulsory study commitments but my mental health issues also mean that I can only work part-time. None of this was taken into account, even after a psychological assessment determined that I would only need to work 8-15 hours. I was able to transfer to a DES (disability) provider and informed them that I was doing this because I felt it was most appropriate for my circumstances and showed them the notice of my appointment. They ignored this, told me ‘we can do des’, ‘you’re with us’, and refused to reinstate my payments (which had been suspended because I could not meet the requirements) unless I agreed to another appointment with them. I didn’t understand what was happening and turned up to my appointment with the DES provider to find that it had been cancelled with them, and had to go through a lengthy process with the provider’s assistance to get my payments reinstated. The staff here are manipulative, with no regard for the needs and wellbeing of their clients.

How has this place not been shut down? The most unprofessionally run employment agency in Sydney. Incompetent staff who have no consideration for their clients. Unprofessional behaviour from one staff member who has been seen to have her feet up on a chair while taking a personal phone call during working hours while clients are waiting to be seen. Disgusting at best, if I could give 0 stars I would.

Do not use this service. They do not help you. You are a billing number to them. Once you give them your details you can not get off their notification email and letter system. They are clearly ripping off the Australian government.

Condescending, rude and simply bad at their jobs, have been give no serious advice.once I had found my OWN work they have only worked to undermine that job opportunity as it wasn't obtained through them and they couldn't profit from it. They recorded appointments without my knowledge, would hang up and call me at all hours of the day and eventually became a major antagonist in obtaining employment, total opposite to what they're job is.

I'd stay well away from APM if you can, finding a good job service provider can be hard but these guys are the worst of the worst.

Very poor customer service.
Numerous mistakes and errors, and have twice been asked to do work which they should have done. When I questioned their practices, after a lengthy argument I was hung up on and my calls were screened (not for the first time). I was then sent a text message telling me the 'boss' said if I wasn't happy I should leave. My calls have not been answered since.
This is an accurate reflection of their performance and terrible customer service standards.
