APM reviews
19James was always kind and patient in helping me with my job search and problems. I am very satisfied with his service attitude!
The staffs are very helpful, respecting my personal needs and having to provide me the chances to seek the job.
Worst lazy people getting pay by us. Worst customer services arrogant. Themselves
They need to go
Kirti Chopra in APM Hurstville is very friendly, patient and helpful in helping me with my job search. She always gives me great support. YANFEN
Swati at APM is the best you will meet. Professional and driven she encourages me to stay focussed, unlike anyone she actually listens, understands and looks for work I am seeking. She treats everyone with respect and empathy without loosing focus and setting achievable outcomes. True trooper she is! I am happy she is my case manager.
I must have started on a bad footing with my consultant, but that did not deter my consultant from standing by me and finding me work, making a difference, always giving her best. Thank you Swati at APM Hurstville.
APM Hurstville has done good in finding work. But Swati has helped me despite not being my regular consultant. Whenever I can’t reach my consultant I always called her, she tells me vacancies. She is the best consultant. I am taking one star away for my consultant who never gets me.
Kirti Chopra is a very nice consultant very soft spoken, she is very patient understands wat are we looking for.
She helped me in Resume and getting the right course.
Started with Neke. She didn't pick up her phone for one of our appointments, despite me trying over 5 times within the hour at different points in time, and my payment got suspended. When showing up in person, Neke took immense offence to my presence stating that I can't do that and need to call her via the same number I called previously.incredibly rude and condescending. Got assigned a new case worker, Mushina. She was nice, although for whatever reason I got reassigned to a new case worker without my knowledge prior. Neke was real bad, and the lack of clear communication with the movement of case workers within Hurstville APM is not much better.
Would definitely not recommend this job agency, even if it is your nearest one. The lady seeing my process, Neke, is extremely rude and does nothing to help me find a job. Despite my best efforts she keeps talking to me in a condescending tone, saying "I really need to get a job" and "I'm not looking properly" Even though I am studying part-time and looking very hard for a job.
One star is still too much for this dreadful employment service. Did absolutely nothing to help my daughter find a job.
She has been with them for over 6 months and has received no support whatsoever. Verbal judgement was made about her limitations. APM needs to be completely overhauled or shut down. Staff are incompetent and in any other industry would be sacked for not performing.
Had one appointment with this place. I booked it online and received confirmations and instructions.
When I arrived on the day of appt there was no receptionist and waited sitting for half an hour. Finally someone came up to me and asked who I was and why I was there. I explained that I had booked an appt. Then I was waiting for another 20 mins. And they had the person in charge talk to me and really didn't help. After that person was done they put me with another team member who looked annoyed I had been put with them and they said they were busy
Would not recommend this place and they seem unhelpful and disorganised.
Would give a zero if that option was there. These people have no customer service skills, they should be unemployed seriously incompetent. Neke is hopeless no idea, talks down to you like she is the commonwealth and payments come directly from her pocket. I think she has not workout that COVID19 has effected millions of people. EDUCATE YOURSELF
Neke is one of the rudest employees I have ever dealt with. The ways she talks is incredibly rushed and condescending. No one should ever be treated and talked to like that. If you are ever going to work an industry that serves the people, the most important thing is to have respect which unfortunately Neke lacks. Seeing that there are other reviews that also complain about this worker, her employment with APM should be terminated as she lacks basic human decency.
Avoid the worker named Neke. She is very rude and insensitive and talks down to job seekers in a very condescending and disrespectful way. The other workers are all nice people from what I've seen so far. Neke is a bad apple and shouldn't be working there. Just because someone is unemployed doesn't give you the right to mistreat them and talk to them in a way that makes them feel as if they are beneath you. Apart from that, the agency just makes your job search more difficult by forcing you to come in 5 days a week and search for jobs for 1 hour when you could just do it at home. Do yourself a favour and choose another agency.
I am a long term unemployed Senior, who has spent my entire Adult Life Helping Others, in Churches, Hospitals and Community Services.
After getting my own Volunteer Work, Centrelink advised I would never have to deal with APM again; and I was so glad because they were Atrocious!
Yesterday, while on my way to their Rockdale Offices for a 3pm appointment. I went to their Rockdale offices, but found they were no longer there but had shifted. The sms advising of the APM appointment simply said Rockdale; and did not advise of their new address and not having been there for up to 12 months; didn't know they had shifted.
When I arrived at their new Rockdale Offices, they suspended my Newstart@3.20pm by sms.
They don't seem to know nor care about the implications of this; which I tend to think their Founder would be horrified!
First, that will mean I have no monies coming in for food, rent, 6 medications, no cheaper medicines, travel, petrol, pay bills and household running expenses! They Don't Care!
Second, not having this money, will mean, the lifelong medical conditions and no monies, no pharmacy discount, will for me be life threatening! They Don't Care!
For profit gives them their daily, weekly and monthly KPI Orgasms!
Third, the Culture of APM, in lacking in Humanity, and if how they treated me yesterday, Monday, I have had time overnight to read other reviews of APM performance across Sydney, further afield across Australia and specifically the Rockdale Office, and a horrendously common theme exists.
They are Committing Crimes Against Humanity on a daily basis at Rockdale and across Australia. A cursory look at other reviews confirms this and the Founder APM, should be Deeply Concerned and Troubled; but they will not be and these are the signs of Sociopaths!
Would highly not recommend this job agency, even if it is your nearest one. The lady seeing my process, Neke, is extremely rude and does nothing to help me find a job. Despite my best efforts she keeps talking to me in a condescending tone, saying "I really need to get a job" and "I'm not looking properly" Even though I am studying part-time and looking very hard for a job.
Would not recommend, employment agent would make you come in 3 times a week for 3 hours to do a "job search" just because they can, to make your life harder, whilst other agencies make their clients come in once every 2 weeks for a 10-minute check-up (as stated in the Centrelink conditions).
Agency will also make you come in for a job search, even when you have an interview with a company on that day, adding to your stress.
Once you find a full-time job (by yourself) and you no longer have any obligation with agency, the manager of this branch will call you once every 2 months, to "check up" on how you're doing. (even though employment agencies are supposed to close your case once Centrelink cuts off your payments).
They obviously don't care about their clients, they're calling you hoping you come back to their agency so they can get paid again by Centrelink to help you "find work".
You're better off going to another job agency in Hurstville instead, unless you like getting screwed about by their agents.
Best employment agency i have been with! Huge thanks to Simone Moss for helping me get back into the workforce.
